Very expensive software
Very expensive software. Years ago, I bought the program as DVDFAB 10 with lifetime updates. The program was later split into components starting with DVDFAB 12, and you have to pay for each component. In version 13, existing components were split again, and you can pay for them. They cost over €100 per component.
I was simply ripped off; they can hardly call it lifetime updates. They sell the updates as new components.
Downloading the updates sometimes takes ages, resulting in error messages.
Otherwise, it's a good program; I use it daily.

Easy, Effective, Full-Featured

I don"t always get good servic, But when I have a problem they answer even if it not the answer thet I want to hear. With that being said they do a wonderful job at getting the apps to work. I am just realizing the complicationn involved with the service they provide. I always complain, but I don't always give praise. They do a great job!

Great tool, but need patience when downloading
Pros:
It's a great tool for downloading movies from streaming platforms like Netflix. I use it to backup some classic movies so that I can still watch them when they are taken down from the platform.
It's great that they keep updating the software to keep up to date with the streaming platforms.
Cons:
However, downloading videos from Netflix has become a headache in recent months. It looks like Netflix will automatically log me out when it detects suspicious behavior. To avoid being detected, I can download at most one video per day.
And currently, it looks like StreamFab also has no way to fix it.
The customer support is not very responsive.
The software can become very slow sometimes when opening Netflix. Hope it can be improved in the future.
For YouTube Movies, it can not download the 1080p version because it uses the web to download movies, and YouTube Movies only supports 1080p for mobile devices.

Lifetime licenses and easy to use, what more can we ask for?
First of all, when they promise Lifetime License, they mean it! You only pay once and they'll never require you to pay again for their next major version upgrade. That's integrity if you ask me. The other thing I love is that they are the best when it comes to helping you download any kind of online video for your personal use. Super fast and easy to download any video get save it to your thumb drive as an mp4. Their software is top-notch and easy to use. Highly recommend them!

I absolutely love this program
I absolutely love this program. I am now able to watch my movies and shows whever I want regardless of the time when the services decide to cycle the movies and remove one that I was waiting to watch. Never buy StreamFab, fake product, no support
The Netflix login does not work and neither dvdfab nor fabtech (the payment processir in the uk) respond when you ask for refund.
I could not use the product and not received the promised refund.
I tried also the prim download but does not work. All the setup FAQ has been followed. CS responds every two days with fake responses to take time. "Rain" fake support account. Reporting to authorities. fraud.
--- response: again fake engagement: i asked for refund over one week ago and they still do the same tactic of 'trying to find a solution'
