Bought boss trainers like a lot of others from store.claremont.com and was too good to be true! £49.99 paid in Nov25. No sign of yet and no replies to email address. Scam and looks like other similar looking websites are appearing same layout and offers. Icon outlet from Brasil identical.

Horrible quality. Wrong item shipped. Unresponsive to emails (the only way to communicate with them). Absolute scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 7th of december vosting £49 ive heard nothing since no updates nothing ive even emailed them several times with no reply they are a complete scam site ive asked for my money back no reply they need shutting down it takes all the joy out of online shopping i will never do it again disgraceful i am a pentioner i cant afford to lose that kind of money

I ordered a pair of trainers leading up to Christmas that came with a free watch @£49.00 but haven't had a delivery from them!! When I went into my orders it said that i hadn't ordered anything yet?? But my credit card says different but the name on the statement is different from Claremont...

My 15 year old autistic daughter ordered jeans from them in the “final sale”. They arrived with no button holes!!!!! Which makes it a defective item. I was told the best they can do is a 10% refund as this is a “final sale” item and no returns are accepted. So basically their returns policy gives them the right to rip off people with defective items. I will NEVER use this company again!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

Waited a month for delivery. Trainers too small , sent several emails for details how to return for refund without any response whatsoever. There are no details how to return on the site. Shocking customer service.

I ordered and paid for two hoodies and received two T-shirts instead. There is not a phone number available to talk to someone about the error. Their "contact us" is of no help whatsoever. I got totally ripped off and no way to request a correction!

Is a SCAM! They charged me £50 and nothing.
Do not buy anything from them. You will lose your money.

Saw the ad for the trainers and free watch. Ordered 2 pair at end of november. Nothing, not expecting anything to arrive now. Reviews on their website are complete crap. As others have stated, sent numerous emails, no reply. Why are trading standards not involved with these scamming scum. Typical british standards, bone idle, woke idiots.
AVOID, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMING SCUM!!!!

I placed an order for Essential Men's Premium Sneakers + Free Essential Watch hoping to get a watch and they sent me only the ugly sneakers and no the free watch.
Contacted supporte two times and they never responded my emails.
Never buy anything from this site

Claremont Clothing in my opinion is fraudulent. I ordered a coat Nov 28. Yan Wen Express was the shipper. There is no tracking of my order and Claremont won’t get back to me. I’ve tried several emails. Don’t order from them.

One pair of shoes arrived from Claremont I ordered and paid for three pairs each pair of shoes should have contained a free watch no watch in the first pair waiting for other 2 pairs to arrive I'll be sending them all back when others turn up pair that came look very very cheap and nasty. material is absolutely crap stay clear of claremonts.com should not be trading any items at all. Size I ordered don't fit order size 8 looks more like 7 .1/2

Even one star is too much for this company.Finally, a month later, I received my order, but without the promised gift.For which, in principle, I made this order.
The quality of the shoes is terrible.No one responded to the emails I sent.Why, despite all these reviews, does this company continue to exist and advertise its products online, deceiving new customers?How to stop all this?

Totally unacceptable service keep well away no service response from customer service scam company.

Not very happy with this company been trying for days to get them to respond to my emails and do seem interested to help with my order will never place any more orders with them been waiting 14days now and still not received my goods

Scam, like the rest of the reviews on here, i brought the trainers and free watch , nothing. Only positive is i used my Revolut card and got a full refund
