Would love to tell u my experience purchase my in durance to go oh holiday to Croatia, 2nd day in i have had a fall broke my ankle went to hospital they have put a cast on it ,I need to get home to have ot operation on it ,rand ur shotline to tell ur operator what I need ,I have made numerous calls and emails since yesterday ,nobody has contacted me in relation to all of my details, it's 24 hours and I have sent off all was told to do ,still nothing ,so no I would have to give 0 experience

The company deals with quieries effectively and efficiently. No fuss about any issue. The only problem is that people like me who have no experience in dealing with such people can do the wrong thing without recourse to rectify the situation. I cancelled a policy to cover me for a short trip. I unwittingly did this before I could make a claim. So I would like some positive feedback from you

I took out a travel insurance policy…
I took out a travel insurance policy for my wife and myself on the 27/09/26, I had an amendment to make to make to it on the 29/09/26, on phoning in, I got through to a very friendly , patient and helpful representative of Staysure who dealt with my issue in a very relaxed and efficient manner and assured me that if I had had more queries or concerns to not hesitate but make contact immediately. My whole experience in dealing with Staysure has been a very pleasant one and I would certainly recommend Staysure to and intending travellers looking for travel insurance.
