I created my account on SoPost following all directions and completed every section. Then I waited and waited and waited and..
Finally, I get my first opportunity for a sample 6 months after signing up!! That was 3 months ago. My one and only sample. In almost a years time? Not worth it.

I received my email in November 2023 saying my free samples of Clinique face products will be delivered in the next few weeks, with an Order ID number, too! Still waiting!!

Sample not received after almost 2 months. Been sending emails with zero response. If you can’t fulfill the order pls refund postage

Paid over £6 postage for Shea moisture sample kit , when it arrived it was smashed, contents leaking everywhere and hence not usable. When you go on their site to contact them it states ' broken samples' will not be replaced. What an utter waste of money. My postage should be refunded

I wish I could give zero stars. I “received” my sample today.. only to open it and find it empty! I went on their website, and it said they won’t send out another one. So they made a mistake, and they make it the customers fault. I’m glad nothing is paid for. I wouldn’t waste my time with this unless you want to receive empty packages! Never again.

So many negative reviews here and I don't understand it. I have nothing but great experiences with SoPost. It just takes patience. I used to get alot of samples and then it took about a 6-9 month break but I can't complain because it is free. And the products are sometimes smaller sample sized but never in the tiny foil packets where you don't get product to actually try. My last sample was actually a full sized product that hasn't even hit the market yet and I get the pleasure of testing this new product from a reputable brand. I'd say SoPost is a wonderful platform for product testing. Thanks SoPost!

I thought is this for real, It was, my parcel was delivered next door I did not get notification from courier, so went to CS and they informed me where it was. I got my parcel so happy!!!!

I ordered in December & There are pros and cons.

1. It's not a scam, but it can take long to get to you.
2. If your address doesn't work, you can contact them for an alternative link.
3. They sent me the wrong item, then tried to replace it, but sent the wrong item again. They won't refund.
4. Their emails work, but their phones don't.
5. If they get annoyed, they just won't respond to you.

Overall, even though I didn't get the bundle that I ordered, I'm happy with the products that I received. 3 full sized bottles for £5 is a bargain. I'd definitely order from them again, but keep in mind that the customer service isn't good.

Was quite dubious about Shea Moisture Free Bundle Pack and thought is it a scam......I received my bundle and only paid p&p now i have to search deleted emails so that i can completethe review thank you Unilever and So Post

Tried to claim the Shea Moisture bundle but it said I already claimed it. Nobody in my household has claimed it so have no idea how this happened.

Same thing happened with my friend. Sounds dubious, I read reviews after.

So exercised my right to erasure in their privacy portal (just google sopost privacy portal). This means they must delete my personal data and cannot use it (UK & Europe) law.

Their privacy notice explicitly states: We will use your information to: deliver emails to you and to send you information about the services that we offer and other related topics.

So expect spam.

It really is legit and NO SURVEYS required. They also ship fast. And some products aren't sample size and some are

Samples never show up. It's a scam to get info.

I've always received the samples I ordered and easily, without hassle. I absolutely love this company. They don't try to lure you in with surveys and false promises...keep up the great work, So Post!!!

I ordered a sample 3 weeks ago, being my first time, and i got it. Ordered a second and 2 weeks later got it.

I don’t even recall signing up for this website, but I’m sure I did at some point. I don’t ever select samples, but they often send me samples and full size products once a month or so. This month I got a full size Nyx lipgloss and I love it.

This is a company that scams people out of there information and send them leaflets in return keeping samples from large companies without distributing them avoid should be reported for fraud actually and gaining information using false pretenses will be contacting trading standards

I have received every single offer I've ever claimed from them 🤷. Never had a problem
