As the user below has commented, I was scammed by a 3-day trial period, where I was promised that this would be extended to a week. After cancelling two plans, I have been continually charged. No contact whatsoever in response after reaching out. Be very careful!

Avoid – misleading free trial
Signed up for the 3-day free trial to access exam papers and cancelled within the trial period, yet they continued to charge me. Customer service has not responded to multiple emails.
Very disappointing experience. Be careful before entering payment details.
