The representative was EXCELLENT

The representative was EXCELLENT! I have not experienced so much patience from anyone in decades. She sent us a document of which she walked us through step by step. I fell in love with customer service again. I have hated it for years because I feel some people do not have the right fit for the job. But not this one, she was awesome.

My mortgage was recently sold to SLS

My mortgage was recently sold to SLS, I called them before making my first payment to verify their address and my account number was correct for online bill payments from my bank account. They were able to verify my status and all my concerns in a manner of minutes, phone rang a couple times, I worked through their automated assistance and was speaking to a representative that had answers within a minute, it doesn't get any better than that !

I called on 1/30/24 to get payoff then…

I called on 1/30/24 to get payoff then called again on 2/06/24 to stop automatic payment and the young nice man assured me he had stopped the automatic payment. Today I wired the total payoff and found out that the automatic payment was being taken out of my Central Bank account $903.10 and $0.92 which are my automatic payments to SLS. Had to call bank and pay $35.00 to stop the payment and subsequent automatic withdrawals. I am not HAPPY!!!!!!! It cost me $20.00 to wire the payoff to you and I imagine I will get another bill saying I have to pay more I have not been happy with your company since being switched to them. Your agents are nice and helpful it is not their fault that I am UNHAPPY with SLS. When do I get my title to my HOUSE?

Major Rip Off

This co. SUCKS! They got expensive home insurance on our property after we gave them proof we already had it!! Then they took over our taxes and put both in escrow and charged us double!! After 6 months of doing this, they say they sent us letters in the mail we never got. They reported to the Credit Bureau and ruined our credit!! I send messages on their website yet they ignore us. Now they are foreclosing our property. We are both disabled and unable to work due to Covid. I am on oxygen and in a wheelchair. This is how they treat us. 18 years paying on this home. So sad.

This Company is so very hard to deal…

This Company is so very hard to deal with or get any type of real person communication, they don’t pay your insurance on time, lie about when you are covered and when you try to purchase insurance to replace their outrageously high priced insurance it takes forever meaning several weeks to even get a reply to your request. Yes when you get a customer service rep about some things, mostly payment questions,they may help you but the insurance department is awful. I’ve been literally screwed by this company, they work toward you losing your property, with those jacked up insurance payments added, not following what other mortgage company stated they would do when turned over to this third party. They are another Wells Fargo and the government should make them pay dearly. I’m traveling a long dirty road with this company, only hoping it will get better and no worse.

I called with a question

I called with a question, and the operator representative was right on point she knew what I was talking about, and she answered my question there was little wait on the helpline, quick and easy less than five minutes. I was amazed.
