I purchased 3 items from this company and have to say the customer service is outstanding, one of the pieces i wanted didnt have the correct colour and Jeremy advised they could add a little of the colour to the piece,
Today the 3 items arrived in the most careful wrapping parcelled up so carefully, on opening the items one by one, I was anticipating what if syndrome, I shouldnt have worried as each piece is even better than i expected,
I purchased the Angel Tears Crystal glass in Grey
the Crystal heart 3 set in Grey and also the Alchemy Grey which is the piece that was adjusted for me.

I think the customer service, quality and overall experience was 2nd to none,
Jeremy is so helpful and patient offering me several options, I would happily give Jeremy and this company 100% top marks and Will purchase more items for gifts for family and friends *

I am absolutely delighted with our pieces of art work. They look fabulous on the wall! Superb customer service, kept up to date with courier and delivery date and time. Quick delivery (2 days), well packaged and just love love love them. Oh, and certificate of authenticity. Would definitely purchase again from this company. In fact ordering again next month (once pension comes in). another set of the angel tears. You won’t be disappointed with this company.

So disappointing - I ordered the teal angel tears set. Unfortunately, there is too much black and yellow colouring and too little teal - it looks nothing like the pictures and in all honesty looks a little cheap in my opinion. I did receive a £50 discount which makes a little better but not enough, still an expensive mistake. I’m renovating so I didn’t didn’t open the package until this week so can’t return under the 14 day rule - that’s my fault of course. There’s no way I will hang these on on my wall so lesson learned - maybe someone will take them from the charity shop.
