Everything was easy to access and download. Set-up was clear and quick.

Shipping was a nightmare. And wrong watch was delivered. Even with emails reassuring me that the blaze type r was on back order but that they did get so in right after I asked for a refund, and was told I would get what I ordered but I did not get the one I ordered I got the blaze type s. I still gave stars due to the fact a watch did arrive.

Top notch company and even better product. I received my watch extremely quick with no problems at all. The package presentation is pure quality. I can't wait to start using it tomorrow. I will purchase again.

Just received the watch today and very impressed as I have an Apple Watch also and this is every it as good to me if not better. I purchased the round blazer and already thinking of purchasing the square. As far as bad customer service reviews nor sure why I set this up in a matter of minutes and I’m 54 years old. It seems to be built very well comes with a charger and screen protector. And the amount of dial faces is amazing. I would recommend.

This is my second Carbinox watch. I have had a Ranger for several years and love it. It has been used in a very rough environment for the entire time I have had it and is still working fine. I just wanted to upgrade. The Blaze R seems to awesome as well. Shipping was my only issue. The USPS is so very slow. It took about 18 days to receive it. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra with UPS in the future. Maybe some won't mind but I didn't care for that part. To end on a positive note, the watches are truly amazing!!

I'm absolutely head over heels in Love with this watch.
I can't wait to use it and experience all the amazing things it can do.

I love the watch cause I can check my vitals and sleep patterns each night. It's also good for an alarm to let me know when its lunch time for work and to clock out

Fast shipping and great quality. The weight of it is twice as heavy as others that want to fall apart if you tap it on something as you walk by. My last two watches that happened to me and finally Seen this and gave it a try, very comfortable to ware.

These are terrible products. They are very inaccurate with the biometric readings. I am under the "45-day-risk free trial" and requesting a return. I was told from their AI agent that I am not eligible. I'm assuming it is because they said it is at my cost, but only to return via UPS or FedEx and not USPS because they are very unreliable. USPS is how they ship to you. You don't get options. Either way they don't respond on weekends because Jose(CEO) and his five employees can't handle the work load and need time off. I received that in an email immediately after I sent a request for return. Jose sent me a really long email immediately after I submitted the request and he clearly stated that it was not an automated response and him and his five employees can't keep up with demand. They automatically closed my two requests and I automatically got the same response from Jose. They may be a tough and durable watch, but they are very inaccurate in the biometric readings

The watch was what I was looking for my job has me answering the phone more often than not thought this might help get to the phone quicker

I placed an order for the Carbinox Edge-Ultra in black on April 15th 2026 and I still have not received my order. They are putting on their website that shipping could take between 10-15 days and after emailing them 48 times they basically told me that there is no ETA as to when the watch will come off BO or when I can expect to get mine. They have not offered me anything except to send me the same watch in silver which I don't want. They also haven't offered a refund of my $240 purchase their answer is basically shut up and wait. I decided to use Affirm as the payment option and now I am making monthly payments for a watch I never received and have no idea when I will ever get it. What they are doing is scamming people and using false advertising on their website. I highly recommend staying away from this company save your money and buy a Garmin watch instead. This has been an absolute awful experience that I hope nobody else has to go through. Stay away from these clowns!!!
