I have been a long term customer of server4you, they have always had great hardware and very reasonable fees. I run a number of dedicated servers with them, the oldest current server has been online since 2017 with no downtime other then network issues outside all our control. The servers are fast, reliable and they can only be highly recommended. When i have needed help with the support team, they have been responsive and gone out of the way to ensure a good experience.

Very good service at an affordable cost, as an observation it would be important to allow the VPS to work with containers (DOCKERS).

Support isn't responding on any of their provided platforms. Been in the dark for 24 hours now cant get ahold of anyone. The most interesting part is that even if I call the datacenter directly there isnt even a server tech available to answer the phone which I have not seen from this company in my 5 years of business with them.

Would be best to have best policy to return and refund.

I have 2 x VPS hosted at server4you with Ubuntu 16.04. No complaints! Tried to manually update to Ubuntu 18.04, don't try, it will not work :)

Missing Ubuntu 18.04, perhaps it's coming..

This is hands down the worst customer support I have ever dealt with, the service itself is good for the price, but the staff is beyond redemption at this point. For over 2 weeks I have a simple request to delete my personal data, I have cleared all my services and I keep getting the same canned responses, READ YOUR TICKETS dear support staff. You are there not to get the payroll, but to help out customers. I will not mention names of agents, as this is a management problem, hopefully someone can address this accordingly.

I rent dedicated servers from server4you since 2012. All these years I've been always monitoring prices from other companies, and server4you's offers were always the best. The uptime was very high, there was only one downtime for some minutes because of service works in the data center for all these years. Support works fast and fine, helped me many times with technical questions. Two times the HDD was broken and has been replaced almost immediately. I am very satisfied and higly recommend server4you!

They are scammers. No customer support. They took money from ur bank account without notice and without a reason

It is a technically valid service. Customer support deserves five stars: very competent, always ready, and very kind.

Bad experience, this company is a nightmare, requires verifications with ID, just a joke and a waste of time.

Really bad service. Tried to rent a virtual server twice, got charged twice (2 eur each time), got a error message. No server at all. I do not reccomend it.

I got the same response from: Tihomir Dimitrov is probably the BEST… Great help and quick! Made my decision easier to switch to server4you this weekend.
