Serve4you has two Datacenter locations you can choose. We are using both server locations and are happy with their bandwith and their support.

I have couple of servers since more than 8 months and never had an issue so far. Good prices and nice support.

Awful company , servers outage for 2 weeks . No compensation , no help. Absolute crooks , still charged for outage period as well AVOID AT ALL COST

they still suck and won't reply to emails at all.
some responses are delayed from 48 hours to one week! Please respond to my email so I can pay you!

Their whole servers are down for more than 24 hours . Neither given any update about the issue and uptime nor any response to the mails.

UPDATE:

fail to create handle for the domain and submit tech support ticket for more than 1 month, the india tech team do nothing. this is a easy tech issue to be fixed, i know because i have some tech friends. Shot emal to CEO@*****.com , no reply. Damn, what a shame. thinking shift to another hosting company. if allow me to update the screen captive, love to share it with you guys. stay away from it.

got server with server4you for years, not that excellent, but you get some tech skill, its very affordable and you get value for the money, but they need to improve their control panel, to add new domains is not friendly as before, why

after their acquisition from godaddy they have many downtimes, their panel is outdated and their attitude against clients gives a feeling of absolute insecurity, they also have very old servers and do major works without first informing their clients, they have the best routing system in the world but do not use it for sales because they have no new hardware to provide for rental

Server purchased on server4you.com. The Windows server ran for three hours, then stopped, after help from support it ran again for two hours, then stopped again. This game repeats itself a total of five times in the first 48 hours. The server is therefore unusable. There is no refund, the only way is through consumer protection.

I do not recommend anyone who wants to run working hardware and software to buy anything here.

I have never had a worse experience with a company.

It's very bad hosting. Don't ever think to use it. Their servers are very old and using older technologies. Their support is not good. Very unprofessional support. They don't know how to resolve the problem and then avoiding people. They have broken dashboard and even their DNS servers are also broken. Don't waste time with this poor hosting.

I strongly recommend you to stop emailing me to remove the review.You have wasted my 1 month and my time. From the beginning, I was getting issues in your servers and your night duty support are so cheap. I know it's my duty to manage the server but some things only belong to you. First I got bad VPS which waste many days then I was not able to order additional IPs due to your broken dashboard which waste my 4 day's then I faced rDNS issue. After 15 day's you solved the issues after many days then suddenly I faced rDNS issue again which is hurt my business. Two weeks are much enough to resolve the issue. A businessman can't bother it. Your night duty staff waste my too much time, they don't know nothing. They are only avoiding people if they don't know the issue. I will not use their names here.

And when I review on trustpilot you cancelled my server which was very bad. Now I'm happily using contabo VPS and never faced any issue. Your servers are very old and broken. Stop this nonsense. I will not remove my review. And without verification trustpilot don't label any review as verified ok. People needs to know the reality of server4you.

I have been using server4you for dedicated severs for 4 years now and cannot recommend them enough. If I have an issue it is normally resolved within a day if not hours of the initial ticket. Their Coffee Lake servers are especially of note and perform exceptional in all tasks I throw at it. I would also like to specifically thank Daniel Amara and Tihomir Dimitrov both of whom I have had multiple support tickets and emails with and have always ended satisfactory.

I have been using for more than 3 years and NEVER had any problem. Today, our proximity is so close that I can order a server and get it ready in few hours (sometimes less than 1 hour).

We have been online without outages all this time long.

I don't understand how a vps company does not allow to update the systems to the latest version of the operating system Ubuntu, Centos and Debian... this is very unfortunate
