Do not buy they don't honor anything they have posted on their website or advertise. They won't do anything to rectify the situation whether it's damage product or missing items they will lie and deny anything and everything. I can see why so many people have given them negative reviews and I will not do business with them ever again I hope this experience can help other potential buyers from falling for their bad business practices....

Never had any problem with seedsman, the times I did with seeds not coming up,or an order messed up they made correct,would highly recommend there white widow strain,very resinous makes excellent concentrates,have been using seedsman for the last several years.

Avoid this website. Their seeds are total garbage.

All 5 seeds failed to germinate was good response from my email complaint.
Would only send out some of there own seeds to replace only 2 of them germinated
1st and last order from them sorry.

They have BOGO plastered all over the website, but they wouldn’t honor the promotion, then sent me an email saying sorry for the confusion. I was a loyal customer, but I won’t spend another penny with these scammers.

Dusty old seeds!!! Don't waste your time.

None of the seeds that was shipped to me ever sprout. Not 1 single seed. Spent 60$. Don’t get your seeds from this company

All clones were dead. Don’t waste your time and money

Between overcharging, late deliveries and terrible accountability I’d do yourself a favour and try truenorth seedbank instead or GLG. Thank me later

Got charged triple! Tried to Cancelled the order. Zero responses.
And they still sent it! Why would I want to pay Triple!

How is this legal?

They gave me the runaround because I purchased a pack of seeds from them with a buy one get one free and they did not send me my free pack of seeds. They literally are treating me like I’m in the wrong when they’re the ones that screwed up on their buy one get one free. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody

I've been growing cactus and succulents seeds for years, I have a 90% germination rate,my seed company from Europe Unusual seed, can't send seeds to the United States anymore, so I tried Seedman and bought 7 different varieties,over 400 seeds, and after 5 weeks I got "0"% germination, I contacted them and they ignored me, so there is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, save your money,

I Was asked at check out to select free seeds based on the BOGO deal and I selected a pack at random however when I received the order I did not receive any extra seeds and instead got some useless junk like a coaster and a magnet. When I contacted customer service I was told because another part of my order was discounted the free seeds were removed from my order without telling me I wouldn't be getting the extra 5 seeds.

I bought many times from this company and this last time I didn't receive my seeds and mind you this a $120 order, I contact them via email and was told they couldnt do anything about it and I ordered this at the end of Oct just for the October gelato seeds that they had, any I was told they couldn't give me a refund nor send seeds out and I had the insurance as well so I will never buy from them again unless they make it right and at least give me what I paid for and I don't ever write reviews especially negative ones but I'm am very up set and disappointed in you seedsman

Would leave 0 stars if I could. First it takes too long to receive packages. A whole week when other distributors have my order in 2-3 days. Second germination problems with their seeds. Out of the package of 3 that I got 1 did not germinate. Still waiting for the other one to germinate successfully. I was told they could no longer help with our germination problems as we asked for our account to be deleted from all the bad experiences we keep having with SeedsMan. And on my last order I ordered a package of 3 seeds and was only given 1 tag to place in the soil so I can keep track of what I’m growing and when it was planted. Don’t recommend unless you enjoy headaches and crappy service.

I bought 10 seeds variety pack 3 didn't pop I can accept responsibility for those but all these were supposed to be autos and 2 are obviously photos. I emailed the company and of course they want some random photos of the seeds germination process. Well I don't have that and I'm ok with not getting those 3 replaced but what about the 2 photos I sent photos of them. There Guarantee is bogus. Seems like they would wanna make it right especially since I'm in this industry. Oh well won't get my money

SEEDMAN.COM ( not seedsman.com) offers an amazing array of unique seeds and phenomenal seed starting kits. My order came quickly and I was immediately credited for my mistakes of double orders. I was able to reach out and contact a real human within a matter of a minute regarding my questions with complete and thorough replies. I wish I had ordered from SEEDMAN.COM sooner. Please do not mix the two different business' reputation with almost the same name. I highly recommend SEEDMAN.COM.

Broken website as usual. Been ordering for years, always some issue with their website. They always claim their problems are due to updating their website. Quit updating it then. Awful frustrating experience every single time.

Worst experience with this company. I never got one plant out of 10 seeds. I would not recommend this company at all! I will never order from them again. Waste of my money.
