best service to find the right property in london

I love the concept behind Searchsmartly and their excellent customer service and simple user interface only adds to the positive experience. I found my rented flat in London with them and now I’m buying a house also found using the platform. The idea that I can discover new areas while keeping my commute time the same is a game changer.

Theresa and Theo have been the most helpful, kindest agents. Theresa never stopped searching for properties and sent several enquiries for me, whilst Theo really pushed my offer for hours until I finally got the flat, which I will move into in a couple weeks. They have answered every enquiry I have had and I must say, Theo really went the extra mile for me. I really recommend their service, especially if you come from abroad like me.

I found the website very user friendly. Also they would send me updates daily on my searches and chase the agencies/landlords for me if they didn't reply. Theresa was really helpful and responsive.
I didn't find my flat through them, but my experience was still positive.

Really happy with SearchSmartly so far. They reply quickly and are very helpful. I find the UI better than on our websites since it helps to narrow down the options I like quite precisely (though there is still a room for more filters and improvements).

I used this site to search for a property and l was very interested in two of their adverts 1 in Ashford and 1in Maidstone. Went ahead and cancelled the Maidstone as it was right in the middle of town. In communication with a lady named CC very alert and assertive. Was promised invitation for viewing from Martin & Co, nothing came through. Next l heard an email saying ; Thank you for deciding on the Cheeselands property and next was l hope you like your new place Duh! Told the agent l had not viewed any property nor decided on renting one as l haven't seen any. Apparently l am now renting the property.
I suggest Martin & Co check this incase they were not responsible for any of it. Otherwise their reputation will be messed.
