Our puppy ate something that was making her ill. She needed emergency surgery and at that moment we didn't have funds needed. That was a hopeless feeling. Scratchpay was offered throught the vetenary clinic we were dealing with and seemed like our only option. Scratchpay saved the day. Our little pinecone eating puppy is now healthy and doing well. Easy to use, very clear with what was due.

You have been horrible to work with. I was going through breast cancer treatment when my cat got sick and had 2 emergency surgeries in one week, which is why I needed to use credit short notice. She died within a month or so of those surgeries and I had another surgery for cancer treatment right before she passed. Two separate months i had issues with my card not going through, but made into a bigger issue by processes on your end. I pay 4 times this amount for my truck and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. That tells me your company clearly has blind spots and needs improvements in your customer service and processes. I'm so glad to have this paid off, only because you are the worst company to work with.

The program is great for emergencies and easy to complete the application. The payments are difficult to make. The preauthorized payments don’t always come out automatically, I had to call the company to find out why there was an error every month at the beginning of the plan. Each time I was told I had to remove the account method and re add it back in.
The option to make additional payments is always nice except it’s only through the payment plan that’s added to the system. There is no way to use the option of a different debit Visa that takes the funds directly from the account instantly.
