Great Argument for Old School

I've never worked with a more frustrating, illogical, user-Unfriendly site. Have I forked over the convincing adjectives? Makes no sense that an academic job search site would have such a dumb format and that schools seem to rely on it. As a new user I had to fill out irrelevant forms, figure out over and over what was required for the particular job vs. my profile and could never establish a password, though they claimed I already had one. The layers of nonsense go on and on. After rewriting my resume I discovered I didn't need one, or at least I couldn't find a way to send it. I wouldn't be surprised if I weren't contacted about the job I applied for simply because my robotic answers made as much sense as this site. Heads Up schools.....give your applicants a reasonable chance and go somewhere else!

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. I can't spend more than 30 seconds searching when an reward popup will take over my whole browser. Refuse to use it anymore. So disappointing that schools are still using the site.

This is the most frustrating web site!

This is the most frustrating web site! It freezes constantly and won't allow me to make changes. Every time that I log in I need to create a new password as it won't remember my old one! The worst job seeking site! Unfortunately, most school systems use it around here.

Can't access the website without pop up…

Can't access the website without pop up ads that tell me I am a winner (Walmart, Amazon...) The pop ups used to happen only when I used my phone and only occasionally. Now, the pop ups happen immediately and every time that I try to access the website on my phone or computer. Absolutely awful! It needs to be fixed so that I can actually apply for teaching jobs!

Utterly Worthless

Utterly Worthless. I don't think it would even be possible to build a worse site for job seekers. Maybe if you hired a team of monkeys... maybe.

When attempting to input via mobile pop …

When attempting to input via mobile pop up adds continuing interupt and then all info filled in goes blank again . This also happens when I link via email about job opportunities . A pop ip add appears and then you lose the link. I have emailed SchoolSpring about this and they have said they will look into it however I have seen no change . I have talked to many other who are experiencing the same issue so it is definitely an issue on their end. This also makes me worry about the privacy of my account information especially so since the issue has continued and I have seen no emails to customers alerting them to this or even school Spring taking responsibility for this very inconvient issue that makes the site pretty much unavailable via a phone or iPad .

Used to be a great resource

Used to be a great resource. Now, I don't receive any emails about jobs or from employers that might have wanted to interview me, I could be losing out on a great job simply because I did not get the email to choose a time to interview. I have emailed them twice with this issue, but no one has gotten back to me. I have not received an email through Schoolspring.com since July 17th 2017.

Horrible site - selling emails

This is a terrible site! It will not function if you do not give your info out so they can sell it! For quite a while one could just search jobs in their area; it was a great resource. But now they have changed it so yo have to set up a profile or it will not function and the purpose of setting up profiles is to profit from selling your info!
SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE information input system.

I just spent 2 hours putting in all of my information and was filled with joy at the thought of being able to finally apply for some jobs on schoolspring.com
As soon as I clicked "apply" on the job that I am interested in, I am taken back to the same forms I just completed except that are all blank. To my bafflement, I am now looking at another two hours of putting information into this website because it does not transfer your general profile to each job you apply to. I would recommend updating your user interface so that your service is a benefit instead of a burden on teachers. I am disappointed that schoolspring.com wasted my time with their inept website.

Great Service

I am very happy with SchoolSpring services. Whenever I had a question, I always got a quick and thorough reply. I was lucky enough to have a previous relationship with the school I got hired at, but because my SchoolSpring application was so organized and up to date, I think that helped in getting called for an interview. Thanks."

Great for seeker and sought!

I have found this site to be user friendly from both the employer looking for quality employees, and from the potential employee looking for that perfect fit... Great searches, easy to upload information - and then down load it -- all around nice.

Intentionally make it difficult to encourage 40 a year buy in!

They require you to manually retype all transcripts class by class semester by semester and grade by grade. The do not accept pdf documents relegating all scanned documents useless. Scanning signed references, transcripts, certifications etc is an efficient way to view apply for a job. This site is purposefully tedious and really in my opinion is a scam. All Schools will check your references themselves and not rely on the sites to do it for them. Providing a school with resume, letters of reference, transcripts, certifications and other information should not be so hard to provide.

To teach like a champion, you need a teaching job. SchoolSpring.com will help you find one.

I wasn't looking for a teaching job during the school year, but I got an email from SchoolSpring.com asking me to apply for a position. When I looked at the job description it matched my qualifications perfectly. I met with the principal and assistant principal, and I accepted the position. I've been at my new job for over two months now, and I couldn't be happier!
