I ordered a perfume sample last night and was told I would receive it within 24 hours. I paid for the shipment and still today, after 24 hours, you have not informed me whether it has been shipped or not. Absolutely disappointed! Shame of you !

Not genuine fragrance
Not genuine fragrance. Content on the website has now disappeared so I'm unable to contact them and organise return. The only means of contact is an online message bot which no-one replies to. Have now escalated my purchase from dispute to claim via PayPal. It's possible if and when they are/were in operation some of their fragrances are genuine, but Baccarat Rouge is most definitely not! There are many copies for this on the market and it's easy to tell from the unpleasant chemical top note you get from the bottle before you've even sprayed it on your skin.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order. I have contacted the company via the link provided but as yet, I have had no response.
Disappointed.
Order has now arrived however the bigger sample I ordered has leaked and over a third of the product is now gone.
Still disappointed...
Scent samplers have now been in touch and have resolved the problem.

Over the moon with my genuine sample, I absolutely love the scent but at £240 its a bit steep with a sample from Scent Samplers I can wear this product at a fraction of the price, great to put in your hand bag too!!!! 😊

Haven't received my order and no updates
UPDATE:
I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars because the company reacted promptly and issued a refund straight away - I only received a refund notification email but I am hopeful.

I ordered the sample and I was notified by Royal Mail that they are waiting for sender to send it to them. But it has been three days already and nothing has changed. Royal Mail is still waiting to receive the item. Nothing has been dispatched. The problem is that it is impossible to contact the company by email, their Contact Us page says "coming soon", their chat box is not working as nobody responds. Which feels like a scam. As well as most reviews here since almost each reviewer only has done 1 review ever.
I would like to be refunded! I don't want this sample anymore. I am glad I only ordered one, I can imagine what people feel when they order more and spend more money on that - not having any response or update.

I will reply to this comment as soon as I have any updates on the resolution or if nothing has happened at all

Good customer service
I ordered a sample. However, it was smashed upon arrival, through transit. I approached customer services who dealt with the matter promptly and efficiently, and was refunded immediately.
