Do NOT trust these thieves! they lie
Didnt even get to give this system a trial, but they are happy to take money. Then I cancelled via there web page as system wouldn't work and got return email to same email address they sent original conformation email too, but as it seems their normal MO "Can't find you in the system" Bullshit as they were happy to unlawfully take more money without consent and not no one returns your emails. But will be following this through until they return our hard earned money!

These are a bunch of criminals. I never got around getting a trial of their services they're already debiting me for a subscription I haven't done and for a service I'm not using. Trying to get them to cancel and they say they can't find an account with my email in their system. If you can't find an account how are you able to bill me then. Thieves.

This Company are very crafty…

This Company are very crafty operators,they get your bank details,then sign you up for a subscription of £39.50 without permission.Try to get the money back and you just get the runaround. Don't have anything to do with them,they are very,very dodgy.

The ongoing cost for a one off process

The system
The system worked when I lost my phone. ( Thankyou).
It was a one off request.
Now it appears to be taking a monthly payment. Therefore 2 additional payments of $22.71 have been deducted on the first of the month.I do not need this system anymore!
I I have rectified what I do if I misplace my mobile phone.

Some dodgy number kept texting my…

Some dodgy number kept texting my girlfriend about crypto investments. Got proper annoying. Used the voice message feature to call them back with a message saying theyre being investigated for fraud. Blocked us straight away. Problem solved innit.

ended up keeping the subscription because we use it pretty regularly now. my husband works nights and i like knowing hes left work safe especially in winter when the roads are icy. only thing id say is be aware the trial converts to full price automatically so set a reminder if youre just testing it out

theres just a lot of sick people out…

theres just a lot of sick people out there and if god forbid something happened i need to know where they were last. my daughter has theater practice til midnight sometimes and has to walk to her car alone in a dark parking lot. we agreed shed click the link those nights so i know she made it. some people in reviews act like any tracking is controlling but its literally just safety. only thing is it doesnt work if her phones dead obviously but thats not the apps fault.

The £1 trial is decent to test things…

The £1 trial is decent to test things out but make sure you remember to cancel if you dont want the full subscription cos it does roll over. I forgot and got charged the full monthly rate which was like £30 something. My own fault for not reading properly tbf. Got a refund when i asked though so fair play to their support team

The location by link feature is way…

The location by link feature is way better than sms for me because nobody checks texts anymore. I send through whatsapp and people actually click. My only complaint is you cant customize what the message says - would be helpful if i could write something like "hey click this so i know you got home safe" instead of the default. Still gets the job done though
