Customer service was exceptional. Kamil was very friendly and helpful. They were able to repair my very fragile necklace which a lot of other jewellers failed to do.

While you wait watch repairs, my mum and sister uses this shop for watch repairs. I used them today and I can certify they are great with the watch repairs and customer service and satisfaction.

We had our ring repaired and we had a great experience, the service was done perfectly, so my fiance is very happy with the repair. I recommend this shop.

I took a few pieces of jewellery to to be repaired. They offered on the spot repairs. I was able to collect my jewellery back on the same day receiving an excellent service.I was very impressed with this service. I would definitely recond this jewelers.

Best jewellery shop! I have been buying gold from them since 2016.

I went in to the shop to get my necklace repaired today.
The owner was extremely helpful, skilled and friendly! I felt very welcome straight away.
He had it fixed within 5 minutes, and it came in cheaper than I’d been quoted elsewhere. Very happy customer!

I took 2 rings and a bracelet for repair and they did great work. These guys here are wonderful people even when dealing with a really selfish customer who was being difficult while I was there. Great people though. Highly recommended

Honestly couldn't be happier with Sarraf! Every time I’ve been in, the team has been so attentive and genuinely helpful. It’s fantastic having them in our shopping centre—definitely my go-to place for all things jewellery now.

I am very satisfied with Sarraf jewellery's services , watch repair and jewellery repair services are excellent. Very professional, very experienced team, they know what they are doing. Extremely happy with the customer service and the quality of their products.

I've used this jewellers 2 once about 5 years ago when they were suggested but Lyons jewellers that was in Croydon and the work was absolutely excellent.

Had the same item that needed mending again as it's a reoccurring problem with my chain.

Put it in for repair 2 months ago and today the repair has detached from the chain, something that has never happened in my 40 years of owning the chain.

I've also discovered under closer inspection my chain hasn't been damaged in their repair, and they have made alterations to the suction to the original issue, which didn't need anything with out discussing or me agreeing to said changes, which has compromised my chain and damaged it.

I would strongly advise not using these guys because I will now have to pay to get someone to fix and repair my chain due to shoddy work.

My chan was in a better state when I brought it is no.

The standard in relation to repairs has fallen I can't vouch for anything else.

Excellent store have been going here for years bought my daughter chain here with a cross and a bracelet love you their service always greated with a smile I recommend this store bless you guys always..pop in today and my god the service wonderfull again and again.
