I ordered a hoodie on Jan 5th, cost over $100. Nothing as of this date Mar 4th has shown up. I’ve emailed them twice and they apologize and say as soon as that item comes back in stock they will ship it out. Nothing ever ships, it just says order placed, no shipping details. They took my money and I want my hoodie.

THE QUALITY!!! The quality has truly blown my mind. Honestly, it’s more than fashion it’s art! My husband loves it, lives in it to be honest and we’re now regular buyers of the product. Stunningly put together. The studs, the crosses and the hood!! Just beautiful. Thoughts been put in clearly. Customer service is also fast.

Nice products. Horrible experience with the company. I bought two shirts during the Black Friday sale, black Risen shirt for $30 and red Risen shirt for $35. I received them, tried them on, and realized they were too small even though they were advertised as oversized. I contacted the company. An automated response but no follow up with any sort of resolution to my problem. A month later I reach out again. They tell me to ship them back to replace them, then wait til AFTER I pay the $15 to ship them back to tell me that they’re out of stock of the red shirt. They offer to replace it with a different shirt, so I choose one off the website that says it’s available. They get back to me and say it’s not available even though it says so ON THEIR WEBSITE. I go through this process THREE MORE TIMES and each time they say unavailable. Finally they tell me that only three shirts out of their whole website are actually in stock. I don’t like any of them. I say fine just said give me two of the black one that I originally got but one size up. They said ok, then nothing happened. I had to reach out AGAIN and they said the order hadn’t processed so they finally processed it. They shipped it, delivery was delayed, took two weeks to arrive. So after 3 months and over 30 back-and-forth emails plus spending $15 (negating the sale price I had originally purchased them for) I finally got two of the the black shirt one size up. Of course, I only need and want one, so now I just have an extra one. Overall horrible experience, I wish I had never purchased in the first place because it was such as hassle and I honestly lost money.
P.S I also bought the wrist wraps and they’re trash. They offer almost no wrist support because they’re so thin. The only thing good about them is the Bible verse.

My order was said to arrive 2 days ago but still haven’t received it. No updates from either the company nor the shipping company on where my package is, just says “order was expected on the 22nd.

The company is not willing to work with customers and has many hidden “policies” that prevent them from helping out customers with problems. My parcel was reported lost by UPS at which point I let them know where they refused to help and told me to liaise with UPS. After UPS found the parcel and returned to sender I was then again told no refund or option to get the parcel sent back out as they discard the parcel???

Great products on the website, detailed explanations on sizing and was able to get the correct size on the lifting belt I bought. Also, the product is GREAT! Definitely buying more in the future just to have more options to use, too many awesome designs.

What made the experience great is the customer service. With my order their helpful team were able to keep me updated on my order process and were helpful and kind to answer any of my questions
