Initially, there was confusion regarding the sale pricing, but this was corrected, and the full amount of ₹7,800 was issued as a gift voucher — which was subsequently utilized toward a saree and ready-made blouse purchase. Regarding reshipping corrected blouses, since these were sale items and tailored pieces, our policy typically offers store credit rather than replacements. That said, our intention was never to resist a solution but to offer the most feasible one within our process guidelines.
