Didm’t want to even leave one star

Didm’t want to even leave one star. During the Covid crisis I was offered a holiday payment break. I was recently divorced and working full time as a nurse. I took the offer to take more pressures off. It was certainly not made clear it would go down as mortgage arrears. As soon as I knew I paid the 3 months mortgage payments so account up to date. I have an excellent 945 credit score. I am now selling my house due to divorce and can’t get an another mortgage all because of this so effectively homeless. I explained asked for a copy of phone recording where this was not explained. Still waiting they don’t care less that someone my age nurse worked all my life through Covid is now looking to be homeless

Communication is rubbish.

Communication is rubbish.
I phoned to request a redemption statement as it was supposed to be quicker than requested online.
The advisor said they would rush one through. It took 10 days to arrive. Does this come from Bristol office or from India?
The letter dated 17/11 told me what to adjust if I paid it before the date of the letter (for all those with time machines) but if I wanted to pay it after the letter date, I had to contact them for another quote.
Groundhog Day?
How are these people still in business?

With Bradford and Bingley went…

With Bradford and Bingley went perfectly, but ever since changed over to this company, it has been a bad experience. Just recently the correspondence details without my consent and never notified me of the changes and I do not what address was used and changed it fraudulently. This so called will never change and the customer service is totally utterly useless.
Be changing the mortgage soon as this company is incompetent and untrustworthy.

I had no notice or no option to be with…

I had no notice or no option to be with this corporation.
I’ve let them know my destain for them. I’ve met all my obligations and never defaulted on any payments. I’ve always overpaid and considered myself a “good” customer. These people are nothing but loan sharks!
They extort their customers and have no moral compass whatsoever. Considering we the tax payers bailed these organisations out, it means nothing to them at all.

Never sure if anyone is one

Never sure if anyone is one, as they never answer the phone. The worse customer service in the UK. Don't provide any information, not sure how they are still trading.

This company should not be trading and needs investigating.stay clear

Jasper Mortgages what a joke

Jasper Mortgages what a joke. Called for some basic information, it takes 5 minutes just to get past the recorded announcement, then after that you stay on hold for 30 minutes then the line cuts off.

Wouldn't waste your time

When I paid off my mortgage, it took them over 4 months to send me deeds over, they lied every time and said it would be 15 days from every time I rang. I was ringing every few weeks chasing them. They kept me on hold for 30 mins every time also. When they finally agreed that this was their problem, after contacting the Ombudsman, they sent my deeds eventually. They also said that they would refund me £125 out of my redemption fee. So they sent me a form and I filled it in that day and sent it. This was the 23rd September 2022.
Waited for the money to be credited and nothing...contacted the Ombudsman again and resolite said they never received the paper work...yeah right! So I got another form emailed over for the £125, filled it in again and sent recorded and still nothing! This was 3 weeks ago! Am going to ring them and have another word but I don't fancy being on hold for another 30 mins to be fobbed off yet again!
If your looking at a mortgage I wouldn't recommend these at all.

Rosolite Mortgages Customer Services are a joke!!!

Original mortgage was with Bradford & Bingley, but it was changed to Rosolite. Having paid for the mortgage term, we have struggled to get a refund on the final payment from Rosolite, they have lied to me several times on the phone and have now raised a complaint, almost a month has passed with no refund, I doubt I’ll even get the deeds for my property from them, would never recommend them to anyone, and customer service is very poor, the only one that gave a crap about the situation was the woman who raised a complaint for me today. It’s absurd that they owe me money and have not done anything about it, if I owed them money I would have had charges, and interest on top of a court summons. One rule for them different rule for customers, Not Good Enough, will report company to financial conduct authority and financial ombudsman services once complaint has been dealt with, no confidence in Rosolite Mortgages!

is it legal

don't think rosolite can improve as they are only a shell company holding assets and do not have their own staff, do not spend money and do not own anything, except their name is on peoples deeds. with mnr that was with an new unknown name of dorset home loans, curtesay of supposably Barclays bank. they are part of fascilitators who arrange things for unknown investors and part od computershare another computer company doing transfers. Also part of HML. difficult to know who pays the bills and who is doing the present evictions like mi ne. They appoosed the sale of my house and a cash sale and just wanted to dump me on the street. I have a complaints in with them that have never been answered including our so called mortgage payments for expired mortgages. Also I am complainimng about breach of contract with morgage express. Therefore do not consider rosolite a third party working for third parties to be the legal ow ner of our mortgages.

Check Your Original Documents!!

My original mortgage documents from Bradford & Bitingly/Mortgage Express state clearly that there is no charge for paying off my mortgage early, however I called Rosolite (who took over from BB/ME) a couple of months ago to confirm the above and they said there was no charge but a fee of £140 would be applied, months later they are telling me that I have not just a fee of £140 but I apparently owe them almost £800 for a month in 2005, the first year into my mortgage where they apparently changed my payments from Bacs to Chaps which somehow incurred this charge, and the only documents they have on record magically appeared last month which I have yet to receive so I can take to the Ombudsman. I never missed a payment and asked how this was possible and why it is the first time I had been told or notified about it, to which the lady said BB/ME were bad at sending out letters, well they sent me more letters each year than I've ever received from Rosolite and not one of them mentions either a fee or that I owed £800...

Fraudulent- Report to financial…

Fraudulent- Report to financial ombudsman.
Having had financial agreement in place, revoking to discuss final discussions regarding legal matters.
I recommend others in similar positions to report and seek legal actions against a despicable company. AVOID/REPORT/TAKE LEGAL steps against them.

The most incompetent company I've had the misfortune to experience

Anyone that previously had a mortgage with Bradford & Bingley / Mortgage Express, please share your experience following the transition to Rosolite (Topaz Finance)
I have been away from the UK for 10 years and upon seeking a mortgage redemption, I have not only been presented with a statement 20k in excess of the amount expected, it cannot be explained by anyone at Rosolite. Additionally, Rosolite have recently reported 4 months of arrears payment on my account, which is absolutely incorrect and subsequently impacting all credit reference agencies. I have spent weeks chasing Rosolite via a shambolic team (total is now 14 hours) to rectify this issues. Rosolite are responding to reference agencies with inaccurate information, despite acknowledging this was an internal error (of which I will be reported to the Ombudsman). It is impossible to speak with a manage and call back requests are ignored. An utterly despicable company that should be avoided at all costs and requires investigation ASAP

Avoid if you value your personal data

This review relates to Jasper Mortgages, owned by Rosolite it seems. Previous house occupant had a Jasper Mortgage. Jasper Mortgages have been writing to my address for six years concerning previous owners business. I have informed them numerous times that the previous occupant has moved, yet they still send mail. If you value your personal information, don't use a company like this. They don't answer their phones, don't take any notice of letters and when I raised a complaint they told me they still send the mail because they don't have an alternative address. And that I should continue to return it - which I have been doing for six years! Worryingly unprofessional and from a GDPR perscpective, not compliant.
