I ordered industrial iphone charging cords in June 2020 and I have yet to receive them it’s now November 2020, they use excuses after excuses that it’s Covid or China Delivery Law reasons. This is BS!

Thieves! No option to give it less than one star!! Ordered Miracle Wrap, lightweight to post, Covid-19 can't be used as an excuse for something ordered in August and not arrived yet, November.

Please do not order off these scammers, I ordered 2 apple chargers in June and still not received them, all they keep doing is blaming the couriers, and now been waiting for 2 months to get a refund, all they keep saying is the accounts are busy and will email when I’ve got my money back, SCAMMERS don’t use these

DO NOT buy form this business!! SCAM! I've been waiting over 3 months for phone chargers that I ordered. When I email them they respond each time stating its been sent to the shipping center for shipping. Called and asked for a refund and was told that I should receive within 5-7 Business days. Asked for a confirmation email which he stated I'd receive in 24 hrs.

I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and have them block this merchant, which they stated they've had several complaints about Rocket Commerce/FK Commerce.

It is a sham. Order in July its now November. They even sent a non-existent tracking number. Ask for a refund in Sepetmber. Still waiting.

3 months ... still waiting for refund or cables. They answer customer service emails saying it's still on the way .... really? Will try to find original form of payment and get refund.

Scam do not buy from here , took my money and did not receive my pillows . They wrote to me saying they don’t know where it is and that they are sorry , nothing else , they didn’t even give me a refund . Do not buy from here

Ordered magic lids on August 1, my card was promptly charged. When they hadn't arrived by mid September I started writing to them, always same excuse, most recently the delivery company is assigning new tracking number. Told I cannot get a refund because the product has been sent. Its been 3 months, and they continue to blame the pandemic. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I would also give no stars if i could, took payment 4 months on , still no goods SCAMMERS should be closed down

I seen an add for lightning cables and purchased buy two get on free on a Facebook app, I ordered these in early August 2020 never received my merchandise. I’ve contacted the company several times only to get several excuses. First one being I needed to allow 28 business days, now their excuse is they’re having issues with there carrier? Gave me a fake tracking number for weeks, finally got correct tracking number to some off the wall shipping company out of China ? And when tracking my merchandise it told me it was cancelled ! This business is in Miami Florida? Not my problem that their carrier is having maintenance or cargo issues ! I’ve asked to resend item or issue a refund as it’s there problem that there carrier can’t send merchandise ! I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau!

SCAM company - I would advise everyone to claim on their card or via PayPal. Hunt them down until you get your money back. I will be doing that. Also report to Facebook.

Oh dear I fell for the same scam as everyone else on here apparently. Ordered in July and numerous emails later still no phone chargers which I had promised to my grandchildren. They blame the delivery company. It’s a joke. I saw the add on an online Scrabble game. Don’t buy it’s definitely a scam!.
