I ordered a putting mat from Perfect…

I ordered a putting mat from Perfect Practice UK site and it has never arrived. Just put in a dispute with my bank for goods never received and fortunately got my money back. The alarm bells started ringing when the bank said the money had been taken by Rocket Commerce! I never received the mat and the company website that I ordered from now no longer exists.

Perfect Practice putting mat delivered on time

I ordered a Perfect Practice putting mat online on Monday 18th - all seemed above board - so a little alarmed to see that my credit card had been debited by Rocketcommerce. Quoted 3-5 working days for delivery. Arrived this morning bang on time and my son is delighted with his early Christmas present!
Not all dire news!

RUBBISH LYERS

No star rating. Talk about catch a stalling star.
Rocket commerce are liars, cheats, despicable people.
I agree with all the people who have written below..
Exactly the same happened to me.
They continually blame COVID-19 for the delays from China. What a useless bunch of robbing lying cheating despicable worthless SCUM.
Whatever has already been added on this forum is a true reflection of the criminals namely ROCKET COMMERCE.
DO NOT TRUST THEM? A TOTAL SCAM

Exactly the same story as others I’m…

Exactly the same story as others I’m afraid. Order the magnetic cables in June 2020. Got a ‘tracking’ number which never worked. Emailed them around 40 times and got lots of excuses.
I received a partial refund in November 2020 (£4). Continued to chase for a refund. Received an email on 21st June 2021 stating my refund had been sorted. Surprise surprise, no refund. Emailed to chase this up and now the server is also rejecting my email.
Complete and utter scammers. I’m just pleased I’ve only lost £15.
Absolutely avoid at all costs, assuming they’re still trading.

Ordered cables from Rockettcommerce.com 8/7/2020

I ordered lightening cables on 8/07/2020 didn’t arrive, contacted them to ask where they were I was given a tracking number that never worked they said it was all delayed because of covid, and they were definitely on there way, I wait until just before Christmas and contacted them again, they were full of apologies but they will turn up I’ve contacted several times since then still nothing. They replied to my last email saying it had be referred to the manager who would contact me, he did saying he was giving me a full refund there and then and depending on my credit card provider how long it will take to show on my statement, it didn’t show on my first statement and not on the next so I tried to contact again now they won’t communicate at all my emails are just returned by the server. I responded to their advert on a FaceBook advert, I have been scammed 4 times on adverts on fb I was lucky with the other three because I used PayPal, but I didn’t have a PayPal account when I bought from Rockettcomerce so I don’t know if I will get my money back because it was a year ago now with all their stalling. My advice is don’t buy from fb ads most are scammers, goto the site to buy your products and research the firm before you buy.

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

Ordered cables in July 2020, got same fake tracking info then the Covid excuses, I also got offered a 25% refund and I got to ‘keep’ 100% of the product (that I never received). I ended up just submitting a claim with my bank who refunded me immediately. Have not heard from these scammers since Sept 2020 and now out the blue I get an email saying they are forwarding my complaint to the ‘manager’! WT??? I certainly hope they’ve been shut down but I suspect they’ll pop up somewhere else and continue to rip people off, I don’t know how these people live with themselves!

Do not use this company

One star is too much for this shower of charlatans.

A year ago I saw Mirace lids

A year ago I saw Mirace lids on Facebook.What a good idea. I want to be more" green" and I certainly am. Ive contacted them so many times but neither my cash nor the lids have arrived. Their response is sickenly sweet blaming Corvid etc. Cant facebook cut them off?

Do not use this company under any circumstances.I order a watch which was delivered after a long delay by which time we were out of the country.Luckily we had someone working in our property who found the parcel thrown over the fence into our garden,don’t know who they use as carriers but this was not a good start.At first the watch seemed to work however after a few weeks it stopped working.I tried to get in touch with the company repletedly no answers.I now have a watch that is not working & I am out of pocket by £59.

One star is too generous for this company

I ordered miracle lids in August last year, I sent a reminder at the end of October which was answered in mid November blaming Covid for the delay - since then there has been deafening silence, e-mails have not been answered - but judging by the reviews this is the rule rather than the exception. Stay away from them. I have tried to shame them into a response by sending multiple e-mails at a time ..... no success, not even an apology for their disgraceful customer service.

Cant put into words how awful this…

Cant put into words how awful this company is.
Ordered cables in july last year. Got told they were delayed because of covid. Then got sent tracking info which was false and now they're ignoring my emails.
I'm looking into legal action.
Know its only £40 but they stole that from me and looks like many others and shouldn't be allowed to get away with it.
Emailing trading standards now.

I ordered cables in August 2020, never received. They were blaming COVID for shipping holdups. They stopped replying to my emails in December 2020. My last email was in February 2021 to them. Do not use. You will not get your cables.
