I ordered a pair of padded impact shorts for better protection while skiing in the terrain park, but I accidentally ordered a 4XL. I was unable to cancel The order so I reached out to customer support and Harry was able to fix the issue and change the size to a medium within hours of me sending my email. Great support!

My Mrs bought me at these for Christmas, for a snowboarding trip at Morzine, France (which I’m currently at now) and they’ve been a lifesaver! 🙏🏻

Five stars for Rippl Impact for customer service and two stars for the product. I sent in a review and they sent a refund.
I bought the shorts just prior to a 3100 miles trip from Indianapolis to Key West and back. they are made well, but I found that my bum was more sore wearing them than without. The padding is located right where I usually feel the soreness- and that was the problem- the padding resulted in even more pressure at the pressure points and thus created even more discomfort. I ride an Africa Twin, so perhaps the experience would be different on a different style of bike. I just wanted to put an honest review of my experience out there for other buyers.

Have bought a pair of Rippls and liked them so much I ordered a second pair..Alas they didn't get delivered..Contacted Rippl direct and they couldn't have been more helpful. Received my 2nd pair today. The fit, the quality is awesome. They look cool to..Have worn them on a winter ride and they felt perfect..Nice and warm to. And the padding fits in all the right places. RECOMMEND! Harry personally emailed me to check all was good. I really appreciated his contact. Top bloke..x

When ordering a pair of Pure Grit Jeans I encountered a pricing issue. I sent Rippl an email query and Harry swiftly replied with a quick and easy solution that was perfect for resolving the problem.
The jeans are well made and a very good fit. Sometimes fit can be a concern when buying online, not so here.
Considering I placed the order on 23nd of December a very busy time of year, they arrived here on my door in New Zealand on the 6th of January, just brilliant.
This is my second purchase from Rippl and have no hesitation recommending this company and its products to others.

Rippl provided truly outstanding customer service during an incredibly difficult time for our family. My brother passed away shortly after placing an order, which he had only received a few days before his death. As soon as we contacted Rippl, they immediately refunded the full amount with no hesitation.

Not only that, but they kindly asked that the impact shorts be gifted to someone on my brother’s behalf, which was a deeply thoughtful and compassionate gesture.

Thank you, Harry at Rippl was an absolute star during this devastating time. Other companies could genuinely learn a lot from the care, empathy, and professionalism shown by this company.

Bought the snowboard impact shorts, kneepads and wrist guards for 2 friends and I. Some of the goods were too big for us so we requested a replacement. They sent them and didn't ask us to return the others. Everything works well :)

It was the first time using this company, and it won’t be the last. I ordered a pair of impact shorts in XL (I’m a uk 14/16) they were a bit too big when I received them. Customer service were fantastic and exchanged them without any issues and any cost to me which was great.

Very stretchy material so I could go down a size 💪😎💪.

Great return service as, as mentioned I went down a size and asked if I could change the colour as I now have two pairs, nothing was too much trouble for this company and the return package was awesome and simple to use with Royal Mail. Used this tailback for a 3000km+ ride down Patagonia including the notorious Los Malditos 73 - lots of rough gravel roads, mountain passes, rain and hideous cross winds. The anchoring system kept the pack firmly in place yet easy to release to wander around places, have lunch etc. Kit inside stayed dry and clean too.

Still waiting for an order that has apparently been in the country (according to the fraudulent tracking service they sent me) has been in the country for two weeks. Suspicious company. They keep sending me what looks like a fake tracking company. The order was placed a month ago. And it was allegedly sent but the company they use looks like a ruse. If it ever arrives I'll delete this but it feels like a scam to me!

I love my Rippl jeans. Mainly waterproof, really warm, and the armour and reinforcing give me a safe feeling. Although I hope they never get tested, I'm sure they'll look after me. Great price too!

I had completely positive experience. Unfortunately I chose the wrong size of the impact shorts. Once they’ve arrived I wrote to the support to advice them about the problem. They immediately replied to me that they would have sent a other product of the right size right away and to keep the other one for myself as well. The shorts are well made and surely do their job!
Great product and super assistance.
