I asked for a specific delivery date, and Resident Artisan was able to get it delivered exactly as requested. 💜 And, because it was a ‘letterbox delivery,’ I didn’t need to worry whether gift recipient would be home.

My overall experience with low or zero alcohol red wine is generally negative. I tried 6% with hope in my heart that I had found a red wine which could work for me given the reviews were positive. It’s difficult to review a product such as this as your plan is to replace an alcoholic red wine with a low alcohol red wine. So I have two comparisons really to make with the first being comparison with similar zero/low alcohol red wines and I guess with that comparison it would rate 5 stars but rating it against my regular alcohol red wine it would make a zero so hence I’ve taken an average middle of the road score. I think the term used with a good red wine is that it grips your mouth but 6% had no grip. For health reasons I’m trying to cut out my evening glass of red hence looking for a good substitute. What did improve it was to de cork and leave for a couple of hours then recork until the next day when I drank a glass. Please please keep trying Artisan as there’s a global need for you.

I tried 6% red wine after seeing it on a tv programme. The wine is pleasant and i think i will continue to drink it as i am cutting down on full bodied wine. Its not cheap but is so much better than previous zero wine i have tried. Good service from Artisan

Easy to order, followed by a very prompt receipt of our purchase

The wine I ordered was the same price as every other supplier but the company offered free delivery. Order confirmation was a bit slow and Royal Mail tracking didn’t work. However the wine arrived sooner than anticipated and was well packed. Overall I was more than happy with my purchase.

Unfortunately the wine we ordered did not quite live up to expectations - but that was not an issue for resident artisan, but the wine maker in France.
