Careing company

8I really can't fault this company and the amazing customer service team. They kept me fully up-to-date with emails and they replied so quickly.
The men's polo shirt was a bit small and it was re sent out to me perfect size.
The quality of this polo shirt is lovely i will be ordering again .

Don’t raise ya hopes!!!!

Ordered a top from Instagram link. Never said anything about coming from abroad! Items showed looked nice and good quality. Took nearly 3weeks to get it. What i got was a sub standard poor quality top. Made it worse that Evri delivered it. Never had a choice on shipping and normally they arrive at my work place after we are closed and thrown over locked outside gates. This arrived in time but will never buy again. Don’t be fooled, read all these posts. The goods are really really poor. 🤦

Extremely Poor Quality

My two shirts arrived this morning. Extremely poor quality, the collars are thin and floppy. They look nothing like the images on website. The delivery took forever. Leave well alone

Very poor quality hoddie

So I purchased a Women's England Rugby Lover Roses Printed Hoodie for my wife as a surprise. The photo for the product looked like the top was good quality and well made.
HOW WRONG WAS I
The fabric is very poor quality and the stitching even worse. I couldn't be anymore disappointed. No way would I ask my wife to put it on. I feel that I have been scammed out of 31.09 GBP Shame on you "Raiseourcolours".
Since my review Raiseourcolours have offered me 25 GBP as a gesture of good will!!! What about a full refund and an apology? Don't buy from this company

T-shirt Resolution

Hi ... recently ordered a T-shirt, which unfortunately was delivered to my doorstep, from which it was stolen.
Spoke to Customer Services who have kindly offered to send me a replacement at no charge. The Customer Services are very polite and super swift at resolving issues - hence the 5 Stars.

The product wasn’t quite as I expected yet was a very nice product I had a problem with one of the tops I emailed them they responded pretty much straight away and resolved the issue so on the whole a very good experience would definitely use again

This is not a UK company

This is not a UK company. Consequently, the item to ages to arrive, the T shirt I ordered was made of nylon and was of poor quality.
I asked for a refund but was told that whilst one was available, I was advised not to bother as the shipping fees were more than the refund was worth. Oh, and good luck finding a returns address.

The customer care service is good

The customer care service is good , very prompt and polite . Disappointed with the item as I ordered a large and the arms were slightly short in length.So that would put me off ordering again
