Quick Easy Renewal Process
Pure telecom renewed my contract today. I got a deal that I am very happy with.There was no waiting time trying to contact them by phone. I have been with them for a number of years and their service including the actual internet itself is super. Thanks Samantha

Pure Telecom ignoring customers
My house phone line has been broken constantly for a few months and can't seen to be fixed at all. Engineers will call after a long wait, supposedly fix the issue and within a day the line is broken again. The real issue isnt been fixed which is all the phone lines in my area are in a state of disrepair and Pure Telecom will not do anything to repair the major problem. This is an ongoing problem in the area and is being reported constantly by everyone but been ignored completely by Pure Telecom.

Ive been a customer of Pure Telecom for 5years
Ive been a customer of Pure Telecom for 5 yrs now going into my 6th. Never had a days trouble with them. Spoke with Samantha there as contract was finishing in a few days, offered faster internet for the same price. Great customer service and very prompt , took all of 3mins on the phone to sort , no faffing around

Sarah was excellent, very helpful in dealing with my problem. Couldnt recommend Pure highly enough as i have been with other providers who couldnt hold a canle to them. Have been with Pure many years now and so happy with them.

The best customer service I've ever…
The best customer service I've ever come across. I have broadband with them, and the IT technicians are very fast at sorting out issues. When my contract is up, all you need to do is give them a call; if they have anything available, they offer it straight away, which saves time and cuts call duration to a minimum.

Well I was told I would be live on…
Well I was told I would be live on Wednesday so my provider cut off my service and I hadn’t got a modem which should have been with me but wasn’t made several calls and was told a supervisor would call me back in 10 to 20 mins but never happened call this morning spoke to a guy called Ben who then checked and actually emailed me to say it was in its way just as I was beginning to regret my decision to change when I got it my landline wasn’t up and running so called tech support and spoke to Daniel who was more than helpful and am now up and running without Ben and Daniel I can guarantee you I would have used my 14days cooling off and cancelled so I’m hoping no further problems
