Personal service and cheaper too
We moved to Practical Payments mainly because they were cheaper than our existing provider. But we also got fabulous service from Ranj who made the whole transfer process painless and has remained available to answer any queries. Our experience with larger companies is generally waiting for literally hours on the phone to speak to someone in a call centre who has no real interest or incentive to help or resolve our issue. With Ranj it’s personal! Very happy to recommend.

Client Payment Opportunities
We decided to give our clients the option to pay either over the phone or via an emailed payment link, after contacting Ranjit at Practical Payments and discussions as to how we would like this to work, for the benefit of us and our Clients, Ranjit came up with the perfect solution. The set up was seamless, he helped and supported us throughout the whole process and we are extremely happy with the system installed.
Taking payments is so easy, with instant payment confirmation, easy to read accounts and Ranjit is always happy to help and assist us should we require any help with any of the processes.

More than 50% saving in fees
Fantastic, Ranj has save us a considerable amount per month. We though that Zettle was easy to setup and get going but the outages and costs were far too much. We're now saving over 50% in fees and terminals are bulletproof.
