I like the product from popilush but as mentioned in many reviews, their customer service needs a lot of improvement. I placed an order on March 5th. On the 7th it said “shipped”. A few days later I received 2 items out of 4. After, I was told some items come after 15 days. I waited, reached out by email (since you can’t get a live person) and the same automated message is being sent to me requesting that I sent a copy of THEIR original tracking number and a picture of the items and the damage to the package. It doesn’t make sense why I have to do all the research if they forgot 2 items. Not to mention I never said there was damage to the package. At least they should know what was sen to me and then go from there. I am on day 4 of going back and forth. It’s ridiculous!

I orderd me dress a size smaller than i needed and they sent me another size right away and they are very quick to answer my emails. The fabrik in the dress is amazing. Love it🤩

Item arrived late as I was already out of town so wasn’t able to not accept the package and I’ve been going back and forth with cs department to get a return accepted to ship back ever since (2 weeks)
Good luck returning product of it doesn’t work out. Would not recommend.

I originally ordered some dresses but I decided the fit was not for me. Popilush customer service team was very responsive and helpful. They absolutely made the situation right and went above and beyond. This tells me that this brand truly cares about their customers. I will more than likely be buying more stuff from them after this great experience I had.

I continue eaiting for the shipment of mt tqo dresses which were sent in delay of one month and arrived to Vienna during christmas holiday when i was not in town. I keep getting messages from Popilush since January that they will resend them yet, it is two months and I keep waiting to receive the dresses that I paid for.

I ordered two bodysuits and a bathing suit. I absolutely loved the bathing suit but needed to exchange sizes with the bodysuits. Customer service was amazing and walked me through the process. I’ve ordered from this company a few times but this was the first time exchanging.

Trying to get and return items to Popilush is like giving yourself a root canal with chopsticks, no Novocaine, with hands in a vice. Slow, painful, ineffective, and infuriating.
I placed an order on February 19th, and purchased the shipping insurance "in case the package gets lost." I should have walked away right then.
It said the shipping time was 3-5 business days because of how much I spent (nearly $200). I checked on my order 5 business days later because I hadn't seen a shipment notification after the shipping label was printed on the 19th (which is what triggers payment to them, btw). I emailed them asking for the status. I received a response a couple of days later. They told me that the product was in a distant warehouse that needed extra time, and told me that the shipper just hadn't updated their information, which is why it looked like it hadn't moved for 10 days. I replied, asking them to cancel the order and refund my money since the product would not arrive in time. They replied a couple of days later, saying they couldn't cancel the order and to contact them when I got the product, and they would help me with the return.
Two (2) weeks later, after I left for my trip, the package arrived.
When I returned from my trip, I read their return policy to make sure I included pictures of the products with tags and the bags were in good shape, gave my order number, and the reason I needed to return the items so it would be quick and painless. They advertise "30-day free exchange & no-hassle returns" after all.
I received a response a few days later. They first suggest a discount code to use in the future for the entire amount and keep the items or an exchange for items that will not work for me. I said no, I want to return all the items and get a full refund as requested. They replied the next day. offering that I keep the items for 50% refund. Why on earth would I keep any of it if it doesn't work?! They gave me a link to do a self-service return...which they then need to approve anyway. Isn't that why I've been emailing with them back and forth per the instructions on their website? Additionally, one of the items that I paid full price for is now on "final sale" and "can't be returned or refunded." AND...I have to pay for the shipping on the return.
This is ongoing. I am still waiting for a response to the return request I processed via the link they provided, as well as a response to my email about the item that was NOT on final sale when I bought it.
I want my money back.
UPDATE: Since my initial review on March 18th, there have been 4 more email exchanges trying to give me store credit and not accept product returns. They are now only focused on the one item that they marked clearance after I paid full price, and won't send me a return link for the other two items either. Total scam.
They do not honor shipping times or returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are only trying to make money off of people.

Trying to return 2 items and keep going back and forth with customer service via email. It’s shouldn’t be this difficult to return items. I went through entire process through the website and was never sent a code for the Happy Return.

Ordered (4) bathing suits all were too tight and with no top chest support requested refund via email within 12 hrs and took them 2 weeks to reply, then emailed and said sorry no refund only credit and to keep the bathing suits -I said no and then they indicated they could give me a 50-% refund. I said no want full refund and then then finally gave me return info- but with no RMA. Sent all 4 items back- Horrible customer service and now have been waiting now for 3 weeks for them to reply back or send me the refund. Will be calling the better business bureau and posting this 100 times on social media to NOT BUY FROM POPILUSH!!! What a scam!!!

The swimsuit fit perfectly and was so flattering for my menopause tummy and curvy top that I have. The other item I purchased was too big and I asked for an exchange but they just sent me a new one in the proper size without cost and without me having to return the other item! How kind and wonderful.

I had a very frustrating experience with Popilush customer service.
I tried to initiate a return and exchanged about 10 outgoing emails with their support team. My request was simple: I asked for a return label. Instead of processing the return, they repeatedly tried to push store credit or a partial refund. I declined multiple times and clearly stated that I wanted a return label. Eventually they sent me a form to request one, I completed it, and I still never received the label.
I also tried calling their customer service line over 10 times over the course of a week and left multiple voicemails. Midweek their phone line began going straight to voicemail, so it became impossible to reach anyone.
There was also an issue with a promotion. Popilush advertised a free bra with the purchase of a dress. The bra appeared in my cart as free during checkout, and was one of the reasons I purchased the dress. However, the bra was never included in my order. After going back and forth with customer service again, having to prove their own promotion, and raising this issue with Popilush, their response was that the promotion “may have been a limited-time offer” and they offered a $20 coupon for a future purchase instead. Because the promotion appeared in my cart at checkout and influenced my purchase decision, failing to provide the item raises concerns about deceptive advertising, bait-and-switch tactics, and failure to honor an advertised promotion. A coupon for a future purchase does not resolve the issue.
Overall, the experience involved repeated delays, ignored requests, and poor communication. I would be cautious ordering from this company given how difficult it has been to resolve a simple return and promotional issue.
In order to consider this issue resolved, I'm requesting direct phone contact from Popilush regarding orders 1003523 and 1003245. I have already exchanged numerous emails and am not going to continue the back-and-forth over email again; This can be resolved quickly over the phone and I have still not recieved a call back from your phone line. Please reach me using the phone number on file, which I have also provided in multiple voicemails left over the past week.

I placed an order on Feb 9th and it still has not arrived I've reached out 5 times only to get a generic AI response that says the same thing each time. This is a gift for my wife's birthday that had come and gone. I just want my order and to know when it will arrive if ever. Customer service does need to be improved and actually available to communicate with a live person. My order # is 993954 i actually got to talk to a live person that was very nice and helpful. You guys should just give this customer service phone # out on your confirmation email instead of the email support it would save a lot of people frustration.
