Tried requesting a return, got no option for return. Then when checking exchange option was strong armed into doing a positive review before getting exchange label. Will not be forced into lying, will just eat this loss and warn others. Trust pilot says companies cannot offer benefits for reviews but I have proof in email populism is doing this.

Okay, here’s my honest review of Poshlish.
Shipping was actually fast — I’ll give them that, that’s the one star.
But once I got the item, I was not happy with the quality at all. Mind you, it was brand new, tags still on, I opened it the same day I received it, and by day two I was already trying to return it.
And that’s where the real issue started.
There is literally nothing included in the package to even start a return. No instructions, no label, nothing. I had to dig to even find an email to contact them.
Then I emailed customer service, and it turned into 7 or 8 back-and-forth emails over about 3 days. It kept saying “under review,” asking random questions, and honestly it felt like automated responses most of the time.
Eventually, I finally got a QR code for the return — but only after all that.
At that point, I would’ve exchanged it easily, but the process was just too much.
I’ve never had such a complicated return experience for a basic online order. And I usually don’t mind exchanges at all, but this was a headache.
For me, it’s a no. Red flag. I might’ve ordered again in the future, but after this experience… never again.

I tried to buy a digital gift card, they confirmed my order but no card came. All email and phone calls were ignored for over 24 hours, then I got an email that they are refunding. Still havent gotten a refund, but I DO HAVE A LAWYER!
Terrible rip off scam!!!!
I am replying to the reply from Popilush. I have left 7 voice mails and sent 11 emails. The "customer service" department will NOT help, I have gotten no replay and my first set of contacts were 3 days ago. That reply is a LIE!!! Popilush is a SCAM and I have had to dispute the charge with the credit card company!

Sent one wrong size suit and the other had some stitching that was not completed. Tried to reopen and they keep sending emails but avoiding sending a shipping label. They think I'll give up and keep the useless products and just eat the 115 bucks!! No number for us to call can only email customer support in would recommend this company if my life depended on it!
