This website is a scam

This website is a scam. I paid 1 peso to download my signature with the background removed, and after three days, my GCash was automatically deducted 599 pesos for a subscription to that site without my consent. I don’t even need their service—I just used it once. This site is fraudulent, and I hope it gets banned.

This is scam

I paid 1 peso for the Pixel Cutout service to enhance a photo. It was clearly stated that the payment was only 1 peso, so I paid using my GCash. I did not subscribe to any weekly or monthly plan—I only paid for a one-time image enhancement.

NO CANCELLATION BUTTON

Same with the other problems. Charged ₱1 for the first photo, but I didn't even save it because the link keeps on loading. Then, I was charged ₱599. Emailed the customer service for the cancellation of subscription and doesn't even respond. No cancellation button on the site.

SCAM!!!

I was charged without my permission or any prior notice! Initially, they claimed it was just a ₱1 deduction, but later on, they charged me ₱599 without consent. Do not use the PixelCutOut app

Do not use the PixelCutOut app; they are a total scam. They automatically charged my GCash wallet ₱599.00 without my permission. As far as I remember, I canceled the subscription right away, so I don't know why I was still charged. I have already reported this to GCash to prevent future charges from PixelCutOut. I hope GCash will give this matter proper attention.

I was charged ₱75 without consent after…

I was charged ₱75 without consent after using PixelCutout just once. I NEVER signed up for any subscription, nor was there any clear notice that my payment would lead to recurring charges.

Here’s the worst part, they only charged ₱75 because that was all I had left in my GCash balance.
I can only imagine how much they would’ve taken if I had more possibly ₱599, as I’ve seen in other complaints.

Their excuse? Something about screen size adjustments hiding the full information. That’s not my responsibility, that’s their failure to provide a transparent and ethical payment process.

I have already demanded A FULL REFUND of the unauthorized ₱75 charge and IMMEDIATE cancellation of any hidden subscription. Lastly, PERMANENT deletion of my personal data, in line with the Data Privacy Act

And if this is not resolved I will file a dispute with GCash and teport this incident to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for deceptive digital practices.

Take note, I am not alone. MANY users are speaking out about this. To the PixelCutout Team, this isn’t about ₱75. It"s about deception and misuse of data! Your system is shady, and I won’t let it slide. If you think you can quietly drain people’s accounts without being held accountable, well think again.
