I used another company that was refereed by the travel agency. I found it very frustrating using them because I was constantly redoing the form and finally when completed it went to the wrong country. Was this fraud and Identity theft? I had inadvertently applied for a visa twice when the first application didn't 'Submit' after entering the credit card information. (It didn't like my address) A member of the support staff called me the morning after I submitted the concern of duplicate billing and I received a notice from my bank that it had been refunded within 3 business days.
