I am so disappointed.. The Eva ring did not look like it did on the photo - the stones were way smaller and the ring was a lot thinner. I wanted to return it, and it took four (week!)days to get a response, which did not even answer my questions. On her page, it says that she will cover the shipping for the return, which she in an email several days later claimed she did not. I sent her a screenshot from her website five days ago, and she still hasn’t responded. I sent the ring with the mail the same day, without being 100% sure about how I was gonna return it, because besides asking about four times how she wanted me to send it to her, I never got an answer. I am never buying anything from Philippa studios again. Curious to see if I will get my money back or not..

We are very sorry about the misunderstanding, but on our webpage and in the return scheme it is stated that the buyer covers the return costs, unless it is a complaint about the jewellery being broken. We appreciate your feedback, and will always try to provide our customers with the best possible service. There is a picture of the ring on a finger on the webpage now, so our customers will get the best idea of the size and fit. We have received the ring and transferred the money back to your account in January.
