We ordered hedge plants for about on…

We ordered hedge plants for about on august 25th 2026. Availability was shown on homepage until latest septemper 1st. The terms and conditions however state it can take up to 10 days to collect plants from partners.
I payed directly. On 3rd of September order was cancelled and money sent pack. Short message "we cannot fullfill the order...."
No option given like different hight of plants or ...
The order was <1000 euro. So maybe too insignificant to make a call to the customer.

We will order elsewhere now. Two stars for returning payment quickly.
