Mayeth Joy Toledo Bueno went above and beyond in making sure service excellence was met. She helped me every step of the way and coordinated with third party companies to get an answer for me. I was very anxious about using perksatwork again with booking travel but after she helped me, I gained trust and confidence that my travel will be the best it will be when booking with perksatwork because there are people that help me like Mayeth did. Airport parking

I booked a airport parking and my flight changed, I couldn't modify the drop off time but I did contact customers services and despite the fact of having 2 business day to get an answer, they sorted my problem in less then 10 minutes in a Friday night. I am really pleased and I definitely will use and recommend then in future.

Perks at Work Truecar used car buying adds money to the price

Perks at Work Truecar used car buying it says you save 1000 to 2000.

Poor customer service

Corporate perks uses priceline to fulfil some of their hotel bookings at great rates.

After seeing a wonderful price online for a hotel I wanted to stay at I used the corporate perks website offered through my company to make a booking. The transaction came up as an error at Corporate Perks end and the booking couldn't be fulfilled but over £1000 of my money had been taken. After 5 days I managed to get a refund and attempted to re book - the same issue occurred with their website generating an error and again the money was taken, and it was a battle to get the money refunded via corporate perks.

Fast forward and despite abandoning attempts to book with corporate Perks ( and go directly via the hotel despite a higher rate ) it has emerged that the reservations are still in place with the hotel despite the transactions not being processed and my money returned.

Trying to get those fully refundable bookings cancelled with the hotel has proven tiresome as the hotel and priceline have advised that unfortunately the bookings can only be cancelled by corporate perks.

3 weeks on, despite contacting corporate perks customer service on numerous occasions they keep telling me that they are investigating internally, with no transparency as to what investigations are being carried out and when the issue will be resolved. this is preventing me booking a hotel room and has me anxious that the dodgy company that Priceline uses ( see Hotel beds awful reviews ) will try and claim that the bookings weren't cancelled in order to claim money from me fraudulently.

I'm now at my wits end and don't know what to do as Corporate Perks are offering very little support in a timely manner.

I will not be recommending that people use corporate perks for hotel bookings AT ALL based on my awful experience.

Wonderful customer service, Jalillah

We are going through a serious personal issue and our trip I booked through perks at work is impacted. Your representative, Jalillah, helped me navigate, support and provided the best solution for our family for the trip. Jalillah is kind, empathetic and extremely responsive to my emergency request. You are very lucky to have her on your team, and I was very lucky to have her help me and our family. Thank you so very much.

I need help with Broadway tickets…

I needed help with Broadway tickets because my tickets did not go to the right email address. I was panicking, however, a few kindly worded email exchanges with Junearich (Perks at Work) solved it for me with in a few hours. I had my tickets in the right email and feel great about the whole experience. I can not thank Junearich enough for her kindness towards me in this situation.

Great rewards and even better customer service

There was an issue with my account and the customer service to resolve the issue was very good. Christopher went out of his way to resolve my issue and his communication through the whole process was very good. I would happily recommend Perks at Work for their customer service and their great rewards programme.

We planned a college visit

We planned a trip to visit the college my daughter may attend this year. She was taking a friend. We booked 2 hotel rooms but 1 week before the trip her friends plans changed and she wasn't going anymore. So we really didn't need the 2nd hotel room. I know the language on the reservation stated the rooms couldn't be canceled. I reached out to Perks and asked if an exception could be made to cancel the 2nd room and still get a refund on it. They made the exception and refunded the 2nd room. This was super helpful to us and we are grateful to the Perks team working with us on this. Whenever we plan a trip, I always jump on the Perks site first. Wonderful people and very friendly.

I recently made 2 purchases from perks…

I recently made 2 purchases from perks at work but not on the same day however through the same link I had left open until transaction and delivery were complete. I ended up having an issue with the WOW points on the 2nd purchase. I contacted the Help line and received an email from Kim. After en exchange of information it was brought to my attention that the process I used was the reason for the problem to begin with. Kim stepped up and applied the human factor back into the equation and thus resolved the issue with me and I got My WOW point to my satisfaction. Thanks Kim.

Helpful staff

They offer a good range of savings and I have used them many times. On this occasion my gift cards did not arrive but the help centre staff were excellent and replied to my query quickly. The problem was resolved.

Cinema vouchers Expiry date

I had some Cinema vouchers which said they expired 31 Dec 2023 however when i tried to use them at Cineworld (Friday 22 Dec) they said they had expired. This meant i had to purchase extra vouchers to use. I emailed Perks to query this but because it was just before Christmas did not expect to hear back. Confirmation of my request said response will be within 2 business days excluding weekend and BHols. When returned to work on 2 Jan I saw that Perks had actually started to look into my query on Friday 22 Dec as i had two emails @ 18.30 and 19.08, so top marks for your team for responding so quickly. The problem was finally resolved by 11 Jan with Cineworld updating the vouchers expiry date which was a great result and the help your team gave me was very much appreciated.

The only thing i would add is perhaps the sync between Perks and Cineworld could be checked to avoid future confusion with expiry dates. Not sure if this was just an unfortunate computer glitch or if it was down to Cineworld?
However, while it was disappointing and annoying for this to happen at Christmas i cant fault the customer service i received from Perks to resolve this problem successfully for me.
