The Western Red cedar all arrived in pots much smaller to the plant size. The plants were bursting out of their pots. I had to immediately plant them. Within few days, the leaves of one plant turned all red. The other plants started looking droopy, but I thought of giving them time. Finally, after six months I complained for the one plant which didn't take on. The first reply came after 3 months asking for pictures which were sent immediately. Now, they started saying the plants haven't taken on after six months and it is to do with the planting. I mentioned the plants come with one year guarantee and complaint was made within six months. Again, no reply after sending several pictures and several reminders. The matter is pending more than a year. It is a fraud company, do not buy from them.

Even though I was a bit concerned at receiving no email confirmation, as the info said about delivery times, I received my plants today. Good condition, healthy, larger than expected, and a very good price.

My order didn’t arrive and despite several messages I am receiving no reply.

Really disappointed. I ordered and paid online on 19th December 2023 for 2 pot grown Ligustrum Ovalifolium. With delivery it was quite pricey at £125.97. I heard nothing of when these would be delivered and I was hoping at least on Saturday I would get delivery, so just before Christmas Eve. I heard nothing. I emailed late afternoon 23rd December to cancel the order as communication had been so poor. I contacted the company via Facebook and the chat too. I was told by a 'Paul' that I would recieve a refund the next and that there had been a delay with the Xmas holidays. This was on 27th December. The members of staff at Perfect for Plants appear to be just one - Paul. I asked for a phone call, I did not recieve any. It is the 3rd of January and when I emailed on 2nd I was told the refund had been issued and Paul was going to pass my case over to the accounts department!!!!!!!! I have heard nothing. It is January and I am in desperate need of the refund of which I am none the wiser. Really disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Great experience - Company communicated well about the order, keeping me well informed about the process while waiting for trees to be dispatched. Trees arrived when expected.
