Poor tarting and very weak coffee

Just visited Marble Hill coffee, to allow me to taste the coffee in my flat white they gave me 3 shots, my friend had a americano, without extra shot and tasted of water.
I asked why was the coffee so poor in taste, they said it was a medium roast and they would not charge me of the 3rd shot. Mice cafe terrible Pelican Rouge coffee.

Working at a company today and…

Working at a company today and 9/7/2024.
Break time thought I would grab a can of pop.
Every item is £2.50 for a small bottle or a single can.
This disgusting behaviour.
Treating all the employees like this also at a low paid job.
Video should go viral.

Pelican Rogue efficiency at its best

I really admire Pelican Rogue’s incredible ability to design a simple machine that’s been around since the Second World War and yet still mess it up. I find this quite novel and innovative. The company clearly takes an exceptionally healthy attitude towards customer service and allows people to purchase chocolate from its machine at-least once a week. On other occasions they allow you to place money into the machine without dispensing the products you have selected or require you to take out a bank loan for a bottle of water. A wonderfully inept company that has no qualms about taking the working man’s money.

AWFUL

AWFUL. I selected a packed of crisps that got stuck so I lost £1.20 on these. I thought this was unfortunate but carried on to select a bottle of Lucazade. When this dropped I was horrified to find it was COVERER in MOULD. This not only cost me £2.20 it also has huge health issues!!!!
So I was unable to consume either products and cost me £3.40 for the bother.
P.s I have photos to prove this!

Poor Customer service rude call operators

Attempted to get a £1 chocolate snack bar when machine swallows money and gave me 52 p back??
Phoned and asked for call back. The company returned call and quite rude insisting I share the machine number
When I eventually managed to track the machine number down and share this with the operator immediately cut off ???
No attempts by company to call me back
It’s not the 48 p short changed that bothers me it is the poor customer service and possibly the company stealing money from many customers up and down the UK without any accountability
What happens to all their excess money in the machines????
Crap company will never use their products again

Breading ground

Only gave them a 3 star machine is well topped up but cleanliness of it is some thing to be desired.
I work for a large budget hotel chain and the said machine isn't pleasing to the eye when part empty mould around the carrier trays yes mould I spent 1½ hrs cleaning it I am not a machine engineer but we have standard to follow as this company must have as well

Machine took my money with no product…

Machine took my money with no product dropped, rang to compain, very rude lady at customer services just hung up, Im now on hold trying to call back, a very amateurish company to deal with.

Having this year swapped to this…

Having this year swapped to this company for vending I cannot be more disappointed in the service or the products

* Everything is watery and tasteless
* The machine is filthy (even when the engineer has just been in to apparently clean it!)
* Constant issues with consumables running out in the machine (even 2 days after service when the office has not been busy)

Machine has also broken down a few times
Overall very poor
