How our service has been impacted
We are responding to most customers within 1-2 business days however we prioritise travellers who are stranded across borders and require their reservations extending.

I arrived after 4 am and the cars were…
I arrived after 4 am and the cars were to be collected by APS at 5. However, nobody turned up and nobody called at 5 to ask where we were. If we were in the right place or not. Then Myself and My brother in law had to leave our vehicles and pay penalties for parking because we had to leave our cars and run for our flight. That we needed to check in and board for by at least 5:30. Your service doesnt even have contact details and only emails were exchanged. This was difficult when you operate under a time sensitive thing such as catching a flight.

1) You followed the full instructions as provided on your booking voucher?
2) You arrived at the correct meeting point for your Meet & Greet / Valet Service?
3) Can you please provide a screenshot of the calls made to the car park letting them know of your arrival. The calls should show the date, time and number dialled.

This service looks like scam. I booked parking from 13:00, a bit earlier to have reserve. I was instructed in the voucher to call a phone number 30 minutes prior arrival. The person hardly spoke English and couldn't catch my name, license plate number or booking number. He was convincing me I am not in the system. Then asked me to send reservation voucher via WhatsApp. When he received still tried to convince me I am not in the system. Then said I was supposed to be there at 13:00 and now I am late. Then he asked me to pay extra 35 EUR for late arrival, which I refused a found alternative parking. Extremely unprofessional service.

We can confirm that your booking with DiamondValet Frankfurt am Main was live and active. As stated on your booking voucher, this is a meet-and-greet service and the car park operator must be contacted 30 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival time using the number provided.
Please note that the car park is based in Germany, so communication may occasionally be limited if English is not the operator’s first language.
We understand your frustration regarding the additional charge requested upon arrival. In many cases, extra charges may apply if there is a delay outside the booked time, if a different vehicle is used, or if the booking details cannot be validated at check-in. As any payment requested was handled directly by the car park operator and outside of our platform, we are unfortunately unable to refund or intervene in that transaction.
When arriving at the car park, it is important to present the full booking confirmation, including the booking reference, barcode, or PIN code where applicable, so the operator can quickly locate the reservation.
If you believe the additional charge was requested incorrectly, we would recommend contacting the car park operator directly so they can review the situation further from their side.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
