It is a scam, I ordered tools and never arrived.

I ordered a plasma cutter from Parksidestore and paid. I have not received the item I purchased. A scam of the highest order from the seller.

Fell for it ! Beware of scam website offering Parkside Tools at reduced prices. I have bought them from Lidl’s with no problems, then I noticed an advert on Google pop up for lots of different tools at a clearance price, couldn’t find who the company was only the name Maria Secrets, ordered £75 worth only to be told “thank you for your order” we will ship them directly, 2 days later received an email from China Shipping with tracking Number, it even said my goods are now in the country, then said Delivered. But two months later nothing has arrived . I have no complaints on Parkside products but I would only buy them direct from Lidle in future. SHAME PARKSIDE, GOOGLE OR LIDLE CANNOT SHUT THESE SCAMMERS DOWN😭

I ordered tools from parkside store. I was able to track my order from track718 all the way to the house but that wasn't right either.
The question is, is it really Parkside's website that we ordered from or some fake website?

Only gave 1 star because you can't give no stars. Similar experience to other reviewers. Ordered late March and have been tracking since early April. The parcel spent 6 days in Hong Kong waiting for a flight. Then was in UK for 13 days before tracking states parcel was successfully delivered. It wasn't delivered. Beware it is a scam.

DO NOT BUY from this site it is a SCAM I registered and bought the mitre saw but when I go to log in it asks for verification code which it never sends and it says user not found!

This is a scam site. All looks good but took my money and went dead. Hard to report to Lidl. They should do more to warn customers.

I was scammed, payed nearly £60.00 for a selection of DIY tools to what I thought was Parkside diy. the company that took the money from my credit card was OTT*DALLYCLOTHING. The so called customer services had an e-mail address :service at inpromail whom I contacted and was fed a load of rubbish by someone called Jonas Curme. eventually I contacted my credit card for a recharge which I got within a week. tried to contact Parkside but there web site does not lend itself to give this sort of information

Absolute scam. Pay your money and hear no more. No response from "contact us" email. Avoid at all costs.

This site is completle fake. They only want you to provide you Visa card ID.
This site should be banned from Internet.

100% Scam, I got caught, fell for it, and lost €133. Not proud. But the guys are pros...

LIDL France was skilfully used on the site - then all booking confirmation emails came from a dodgy address something like support [@] bestvipservice.com. it was the first flag but too late.

Perplexingly a few days later, they even sent me a 17Track tracking number, with all tracking info in Chinesse, which eventually showed that my order was delivered to my door on the 28th December.... False. Nothing was ever delivered.

Total thieves.

Total scam - lost my money fake site 🤮🤮🤮

Parkside tools website. you can't buy anything from it !
It directs you to it's "on line Shop" which is just a list of the countries that lidl trades in & after selecting "the English site" you get shown every country BUT ! Then you get offered this number for customer service 08000518970 & you get a Lidl employee who knows nothing about nothing.
Obviously Parkside is a trading name of Lidl's, but why hijack my face book feed with adds for goods you can't actually supply ??
Once again I have put 1 star because trust pilot won't accept NO star reviews.

I suspect a potential scam.

Ordered some parts, and received order confirmation and all sort of updates.
Now one week later I tried to follow up on my order, and realized that the links to the store was not working.

I then succeeded in finding the link to the store once more, and could actually find my order.
The status listed was that the shipment was handed over to the carrier.

Nevertheless I am pretty sure this is very well organized scam using the Lidl name, and the products the sell.

I suspect this online shop may be a scam.
Key issues include: a newly registered domain (1 day old), no physical address on the contact page, and generic Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy pages lacking business details. Prices are extremely low, and the support email doesn’t match the shop’s domain name. The domain for the support email was separately registered in September, adding further concerns. Please be cautious if considering a purchase here.
