Inaccurate info and poor service
We are very disappointed with our experience with OneDeko. We bought a Pablo sofabed and chair on 19th November 2015 and after almost 8 WEEKS we still have NOT received none of the items yet. Moreover, every single piece of info/update about our order was so difficult to obtain and when obtained, it was inaccurate most of the times. We had to contact them through different ways (phone, live chat, comments, emails, etc. ) with no success in most occasions. They could never explained why this order is taking so long to be delivered or literally ignored us.
We paid £1,217 at the time of the order back in mid November 2015 and we have not received the pablo sofabed and chair we ordered for that amount of money or given a good explanation or compensation for this delay so far. As a consequence, we have finally moved into a new property with no sofas in it!
