Beware you are agreeing to a subscription

I ordered it to try it out and I didn’t know that it was a subscription. I called their customer service and they were extremely difficult to deal with. I told him that a had an allergic reaction to their product. They advised me to talk to my doctor and they would just reschedule my next order. I literally had to go off on them and told them to close my account period. The email I received from them states they just canceled the subscription but didn’t close my account.

I had trouble logging in, but the person who I chatted with made my experience. Great he put the account on pause for me with no trouble. Minimal questions and wait time.
