I had researched this seller and it seemed legit. I ordered a figure. The shipping time was a bit ridiculous from the UK to Belgium. The figure arived broken, because of course it did. First they said they would replace the broken part. The they couldn't get the part from the manufacturer so they would replace the figure. Then they got the replacement part from the manufacturer so they would send the part and not a new figure. I ordered the orginal figure at the beginning of March. We're now mid may and I still ahven't gotten the replacement part. Communication is, likely purposefully, very difficult with a bunch of ridiculous hoops to jump through. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. If everything goes well, I'm sure they're great. But the second something goes wrong...

Top notch service, order and payment confirmation we're received immediately and omegalock were very helpful in accommodating my disability when I explained the situation to them, order dispatched the day after the order was received as per their guidance and arrived the next day, immaculately packed and just as described. Very happy with my first experience buying with Omegalock and I'll definitely be doing something again.

Used them three times now for items that are quite hard to find / overpriced elsewhere. I have always been hesitant to buy from them due to other reviews on here but they have always been really good for me. Got the transformers godbomber mpg special box set edition £50 cheaper than other UK sellers and it arrived the next day. I will use them again.

I have used OmegaLock for many years now and they are absolutely fantastic.

Being able to order items which you would normally would have to order from China is a blessing.

Their custom service is also awesome

terrible customer service! had a poor quality figure, had to wait months for replacement parts that were also no good, they kept fobbing me off and refused to pay the return postage even though its there responsibility as the seller. my one and only experience with this shop. needless to say I wont be using them again!

Always had a great experience with Omegalock. Items are always well packaged and have good delivery times. My go-to site for 3rd party Transformers.

I've been a customer of around 10 years and recently I've had an absolute nightmare with them. Over the past few years, their deliveries are always late. Even when you pay for next day delivery, and then complain when It shows up days later, your basically told that there's nothing they can do. In my last order, they sent out the wrong package (not the 1st time this has happened) promising me that my actual package would be sent out as soo as i sent the wrong one back. When I sent it back they informed me that I would have to wait for new stock to come in to have mine shipped out. I really don't appreciate being lied to and if they can treat a customer that has spent hundreds of pounds with them like this, then I will encourage people to spend their money on a more reliable source. The customer service is appalling even when you do all the work to fix their mistakes.

Probaly the best transformer dealer in the UK, they will go to long lengths to help you with what you need. Communication is always on same day and tells you what you need to do.

Good pricing and dedication of several post options, never had a issue with Omegalock, so i highly recommend. Look into their options for different third party transformers which they sell in abundance, which is my favoured use.

Item arrived, packaged well and without delivery issues but the item was broken on arrival. Sadly no stock left with Omegalock so they prompted for a replacement part from manufacturer. After speaking with Manufacturer they quoted that I would need to pay for shipping to china and the item would be fixed and returned.

I refused this and asked to return the item, they gave me an address to send to and then stopped replying.

After I opened a PayPal case they refunded the money.

Item was delivered back to them on the 3rd November, refund was sent on the 5th.

I also had to pay for return shipping for an item they sent me broken, which was not a nice pill to swallow, considering the price of the item was nearly 200GBP and shipping to ensure coverage was about 10GBP.

So ultimately quite fast turn around but did find the fact that they stopped replying to emails quite rude, paying for return shipping sucked and I dont feel confident in using them in future.

I imagine if the item arrived fine without issue, it wouldn't be a problem and I would have given them good reviews. I just think they are a small business and don't have the best/fastest customer service.

Overall I don't think they are a bad company to deal with but would be mindful that the customer service isn't quite what id expect.

I've been purchasing import Transformers from Omegalock for many years and they have never let me down, highly recommended

Ordered a missing link Optimus prime, I requested in the notes for a mint box example as it’s a gift for an individual who has been seriously unwell through all of 2023. Item arrived in a pristine delivery box(albeit a very flimsy box which wouldn’t have protected anything!)the transformers box however has a dent on the side and front of the box which is plain straight unsightly! The box is part of the item! Looking at the reviews I see it’s pointless contacting Omegalock! I will be sharing my experience with all the transformers groups this year, I feel sorry for my family member who I will be presenting this to, it was meant to cheer him up, Omegalock has seriously let us down!!! Really disappointed with this company!

Have been talking back and forth with there customer service team and they have always tried to give me what info they have even after working. Item posting can take time but they do use DPD and my item came perfectly and só far I have never found any fault in there services, yes alot of things are out of stock but that's expected with the nature of what they sell, for fans of 2rd party transformers and more I highly recommend Omegalock and Gênesis toys

Omegalock, Genesis Toys, TFSExpress of whatever name they are going under at that particular time are run out of a house in Stockton Upon Tees.

They sell a wide range of unlicensed and knock off / fake items alongside some official imports at prices too good to be true.

If you happen to purchase one of these items from them and it has an issue good luck getting a refund or the promised replacement parts.

There is no phone number to contact them on, there is no physical address to visit unless you fancy knocking on the door of a residential address and you can pretty much kiss goodbye to your money.

You will have better luck ordering from overseas as they will actually provide an aftersales service.

It started off well. The transformer arrived promptly. However, on opening, it was seen that it was broken. I contacted the company, and they resonded, saying that the problem would be fixed. I returned the item (at my own expense, recorded delivery, so that I know that it was delivered) on 27 July. By 25 August I had heard nothing, so wrote again. No 'phone number -I've heard NOTHING from them. What a disappointment.

Good prices and quick delivery. I've ordered 3 items from them now with no issues.

In 2022 I ordered three figures from OmegaLock, and to briefly summarise:

The first was cancelled without any given explanation, although the item was still available at an increased price. After ordering it again at the new price, it was delivered without issue.

The second arrived wedged in a box that was smaller than the item, with very little padding around it. Unsurprisingly, the figure's box had been badly crushed in transit and even the insert was smashed to pieces. OmegaLock's response to my complaint was to blame me for not telling them I was a "box collector" (it's a £100+ collectable, obviously I expect the box to not be trashed) and DPD for damaging it, neglecting to take any responsibility themselves or offer any replacement or compensation.

As a consequence of this experience, I requested my final (pre)order to be cancelled. Whilst they did this, rather than refund the deposit - as outlined in their own store policy - they issued a credit note to be used on a future order. I contacted them to request a refund, but received no response.

Even though their prices are good, it seems hit-and-miss as to whether or not they'll actually honour your order, or if it'll arrive in one piece. But you can be sure that if there's a problem, they will be sure to do nothing about it.

Been using them a good few years now, they get all the good pre-orders and service is great. Price can be reasonable for UK stock or it can be equal to China store prices.

I'm a member for £9.99 per year which is fab as I get 2% discount on all stock plus now you get 1% cashback too. Postage went up recently to £7.50 but its DPD which isn't cheap, but it's pretty much next day delivery.

I've had faulty items which I've returned to UK HQ and got replacement sent out. I've also had some missing parts previously which were replaced FOC.

A company I'll continue to use.

Excellent online shop. Nice and easy pre-order process and quick delivery.

Bought quite a lot from omegalock. Always respond to messages and ship the item very quickly and use dpd who have a good app to track.
