Take your money and send a email saying it’s on its way then a week later say it’s out of stock. If they can’t get their stock levels right don’t hold out much hope for the product!

Since my sudden hairloss coincided with the start or my use of Olaplex, I took photos of the daily hair 'yield' whilst using O., then interrupting my use for some months and photographing the yield during that time, then photogrphing again whilst using Olaplex again. clear result: hairloss disappeared after cessation of Olaplex and returned after renewed use! That this does not happen to EVERYONE is no argument. You might be the one to whom it does happen.

Website is not great, you press things and don’t work smoothly. If you buy something and want to track your order you are obligated to download another app to track it, where you need to give you information like email and phone number otherwise you can’t track your purchase! I made an order on Sunday and today is Wednesday afternoon and I didn’t receive confirmation it was shipped yet. I ordered other things from other shops same day and I already received my shopping.

Been using No.3, 6, 9 for years now, intermittently (more frequently when needed) and it does wonders to my hair. It brings them back from all of the styling-induced hell I sometimes take them to.

I don’t know where all the negative reviews are coming from - and interestingly, the don’t mention which product they used.
Mind you, No.1 and 2 are meant for salon use, not home. Also, apply as per the instructions - and if it says on mid- to ends, not the scalp, then it’s how it should be.

Some allergies are possible, but don’t be misguided by the critics.

This product absolutely destroyed my hair. It snapped off to the point where I had to where hair extensions otherwise I wouldn’t of left the house lol. Honestly don’t trust this company. The products aren’t what they use to be. Your hair will snap off. Become dry. Frizzy and like straw. It’s really not worth it. I recommend palmers leave in conditioner,shampoo/conditioner I use this and finally after 2 years my hair is starting to feel itself. Never again will I go near these products they are not worth it

Had i have know about people having reactions i never would of brought it i sprayed No 0 on my hair with no issue but the min the product came into contact with my skin on my face and neck it burned and went red i thourght it may have been normal as my head stings when i have bleach on but when i googled it i couldnt belive it i double shampoo with head and shoulders to strip the product out my hair then applyed aloe vera gel to my skin lucky ive just got light pink marks now not like some peoples really bad reactions its a shame as it has actually made my hair soft so did consider keeping it but totally covering my skin when using but i thourght no i may get a worst reaction next time the product should really say do a patch test but it dont hoping to get a refund now from the website i brought it from.

Wish I found these products sooner, after my hair breaking off due to colouring and heat damage, I’ve been using olaplex for 4 weeks now. My hair is soft , shiny, less damaged, less frizz ( I haven’t used no 8 yet either). Even after my first wash my hair felt so clean, light and softer.

So impressed I’ve ordered all the sets and my Xmas list if full of olaplex products. My hair has never felt so good, I tried every single known brand on the market and all made my hair worse.

I’m shocked at all these bad reviews. My hair got thinned out by a Hairdresser so much that it was breaking off, now it is almost back to full thickness. I can’t use the shampoo exactly as it says, I mix it with another one because I can’t get it to lather up. I only use number three once in a while, usually when dying because it shouldn’t be used too much if not needed. I think my absolute favourite product is number nine and the clarifying 4c (the best I’ve tried) it’s made such a difference and I actually prefer 9 as a heat protectant as opposed to number seven even though I still use that after styling. If you are someone who washes your hair every day, I don’t think you should be using it as often as they are highly concentrated. Also people need to make sure that they buy strictly from only reputable Olaplex sellers, their list of companies can be accessed on their website. Do not use Amazon!!! (I use Amazon for a lot, but not for olaplex) Lookfantastic is my Store of choice x

I am, or should I say was a great customer of theres for years. I decided to sign up for subscription. Most companies send out emails days in advance of an upcoming subscription, they sent theirs out at 3 am with a cutoff of before 7 am. Most people I know would never be able to respond in that short of a time range and in the middle of the night. Contacting them I was told oh well. If I send it back it will cost shipping and a $5 fee from Olaplex. Needless to say I cancelled my subscription and I will find hair products somewhere else. Their products are good, but their customer service is horrible.

I bought this because of all the good reviews on the website. I wish I would of checked out trust pilot first. I got the 3 part system with the no 3 and 4 & 5 and also a leave in product. From the first time using it I noticed that it left my hair dry and more frizzy. So disappointing. All the good reviews must be fake on their site. Terrible product and an expensive waste of time.

My hair has never been in worse condition. It didn't click that it could be this shampoo and conditioner until recently. My hair improved when I stopped using it. It was absolutely horrible for my hair. Dry, broken, frizzy. Pretty annoyed.

This literally burns your hair off! Used Olaplex for last three years with the thought of saving my hair. But it kept getting worse! It made my scalp red and inflamed. I lost 40% of my hair volume. I have now my sides chemical burnt off hair. Very sad. for anyone having doubts, please check facebook page about olaplex damaged people!

I’ve been using Olaplex personally (2016) and professionally (2018) for a number of years. I have never first hand witnessed anyone experiencing hair loss or damage caused by Olaplex. I think it is a great tool to help repair damaged hair. I have tried every product and while I wasn’t a fan of the shampoo/conditioner on myself, I know several people who really like it. I have curly hair and need a heavier product to manage it. The #3, #7, and blowdry mist are some of my favourite products, and the purple shampoo and dry shampoo are the best on the market in my opinion. My lashes have never looked better than when I’m using the lash serum as well! The salon I previously worked at carried 7 product lines and people continuously went back to Olaplex for hair repair needs. If your hair isn’t damaged and experiencing breaking, there’s no need for this product, however if you are experiencing bleach damage, etc it’s a great resource!

I just ordered from this page for the first time but I've been using mostly all of the Olaplex products and I have to tell you this stuff is liquid gold for my hair AND my clip in human hair extensions!
I used Olaplex No. 0 followed by Olaplex No. 3 (as directed) and follow it with Olaplex No. 8 mask.
It literally brought my extensions back to life, eliminating frizz, dryness, and feeling brittle. I almost threw them out. I've had them for over 2 years now!
My own hair was brought back to life after a salon fried it so badly I had so much breakage. Using Olaplex once or twice each week consistently, my hair is now as healthy as ever!
A CUSTOMER FOREVER!

I am a hairdresser.. this product made my hair fall out from the roots. As soon as I stopped using it, it stopped falling out.. I have reached out to clients that I’d recommended it to, and while some had ok results or didn’t notice anything negative, at least 6 of them have had thinning and breakage. We all put hair loss down to covid and/or colouring and used olaplex more religiously to help fix the problems, only to make it worse. I had blood tests, saw a dermatologist, they couldn’t find any health reasons for it. Until I heard about other people having bad experiences, so I decided to stop using it. I’m 6 months post olaplex and my root area doesn’t look as bald anymore but it will likely take years for the ends to thicken back up.

Having used Olaplex products for a year i have lost a good 50% of my hair. It has broken and snapped all over, and the worse it got the more of their products i used not realising it was that that was doing the damage. After doing a lot of research i have found there are thousands of people in the same boat a me, having the exact same problems. No wonder there is a major lawsuit against them in the US, they of course deny it. DO NOT USE!

They did refund me all money I'd paid which was positive but it didn't fix what they'd broken.
I followed the instructions, used sparingly, hairdresser also used and was who sold me the products.

I had exactly the same issue as a previous reviewer. My delivery arrived and all the products were there but the lid of the olaplex 0 had not been tightened and the liquid leaked all over the box and packaging. I immediately contacted customer service with a picture of the package but as yet I have not received a response. Update . Customer service got in touch and resolved the issue. I am happy with the outcome. Not used the product as it's a gift.

This stuff needs to be banned , the shampoo and conditioner and no 9 and the oil , hundreds pounds spent and this that ruined my hair to a inch of its life , how I am spending more to repair wat I av left of my hair from the damage olaplex as done , to begin with I could not work out why my hair was just getting dryer and dryer I never fort it could be Olaplex for one min , so when it started breaking on and going thin I went to my doctors , after many blood tests and all came back normal , I blame my hair dresser , I decided to change my shampoo for a biotain one for a while and went bk to my Olaplex and after a few wks my hair started looking breaking and going thin again and that’s when the penny dropped , my hair was in super conditioner till I started the Olaplex system , my confidence as hit rock bottom as many women will understand , are hairs are statement , I av a long long road to getting my hair beta condition and regrowing what I av lost , thanks Olaplex , I did contact u personally but I was hit with the many happy customers and how it ad passed this that and other , and I cannot believe I did not research ur products before , I will never recommend to any one , and I definitely will never buy again , wat a load of rubbish for a expensive load rubbish in a bottle , thank you Olaplex for ruining my hair and my confidence, well done , be warned people , when I see it advertised on social media I will comment and warn as many people as I can , u need to be stopped

I recently had my hair cut into a cute mullet and then bleached. I was recommended to use the shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner and the oil from an employee at a beauty store. I have been using said products for a number of weeks but after the second or third week I noticed that my hair looked more dry and split ends. Then I started to get lumps on my scalp and was told I had clogged follicles. My scalp has become so itchy that I decided to take a break from the products. Then went online to find something for irritated scalp and came across a suit filed against Olaplex from women claiming the same reactions that I have stated above. As of now, I will be returning the remainder of the product and throwing away some product that cannot be returned. Here I thought I was having some medical issue with my scalp but it was this high dollar, horrible hair product.
