Some complications arose with the delivery, but the Offeco team was always attentive, keeping clear and very cordial communication, which gave me confidence. They even offered me a gift as compensation, which I really appreciated. Overall, the issue was resolved positively, and I highly recommend their customer service.

Really good chair. Looks and feels good. The only bad thing I would have to say is that it took a total of 20 days from purchase until I received it. The actual shipping time (From them handing it over to the forwarder) was 3 days, so they are very very slow with getting orders out.

Good customer service with quick response times. Unfortunately the product was poorly packaged for shipping; the outer cardboard box was too thin/flimsy.

My Herman Miller chair was delivered fast and in a new-like condition. Very well refurbished, no signs of use anywhere. Only thing missing was some assembly instructions, but i managed it by myself. Recommended.

Small delay in shipping but Offeco Customer Support quickly resolved it. When the chair arrived it was well packaged and protected.

General conditions are good. In the box I've found a vacant screw but I don't found free holes. The headrest was out of guides, I fixed them myself. The value of purchase is in line with price paid. Delivery has been taken 17 days, quite long.
Offeco decided themselves to refund expedition expenses for delay, so I’m fully satisfied. Supplier is fair and reliable.

I don't write reviews very often but this company deserves 5/5 honestly.
I placed two consecutive orders for the same Herman Miller Mirra chair as my partner told me they wanted the same one right after I completed the first purchase. Offeco called me proactively to ask if I indeed want two chairs since sometimes people mistakenly make double orders without meaning to. This left a really nice impression on me. They also shipped the chairs the very next day and I'm very pleased with the quality! It was absolutely worth it, I highly recommend this webshop in case you're looking for a high quality office chair but you're on a tighter budget! Thanks Offeco team :))

I was sent a damaged chair and had to fix it myself. Apart from having to repair a bent metal part to assemble the chair, I was quite disappointed with its overall condition (really worn parts, blemishes, etc), considering the price.

Amendment: Honestly, the offeco does have good customer service and tried to make amends. I was offered compensation to make up for the shortcomings in the quality of the chair and the problems I descirbed.

I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered, which arrived in Greece 9 days after the order was placed. The product looks brand new. The packaging could have been slightly better, but the chair was delivered without any damage.

Really nice service. Much appreciated and I can recommend it! First of all, before purchasing, I asked many questions and the staff explained all the details. Finally, I bought the SteelCase Leap V2 and was satisfied. I also tried the headrest, but it was not comfortable for me. The chair is pretty comfortable. Thanks for that.
