Fire Alarm & Response Time

there was a fire alarm going off the entire time i was signing. the worker & i had a horrific time trying to communicate. it was also extremely loud & was hurting my ears. extremely unfortunate to have to pay $85 for a sub par experience.
i also asked the individual a question about 3 hours before the appointment & I didn’t hear back until about 45 minutes before the appointment.
