That’s how the store ended up leaving me with nothing...
I processed the return strictly in accordance with the store's instructions, using exclusively the provided UPS return label. The package was duly handed over to UPS.
Once the shipment was handed over to the carrier of your choice, the risks associated with transport ceased to be my responsibility. I have no control over the subsequent delivery process or UPS's internal operating procedures.
The store's communications referred only to "discrepancies" and a "suspicion of an issue." However, I have not yet been provided with any concrete evidence that I violated the return terms or engaged in any fraudulent activity.
I returned the item in compliance with all store policies but have not received a refund.
The store has merely cited a suspicion, which does not constitute sufficient legal grounds for a final refusal to refund the money to which I am legally entitled.
Since the return label was provided by the store or its shipping partner, I request that they reconsider this case and refund the full purchase price.

In short, I returned the camera to the store and provided proof that the package was on its way to them, yet I never received a refund because a mistake occurred with UPS and the package got stuck somewhere.
UPS told me the package was with Nikon, while Nikon claimed it hadn't arrived and refused to issue a refund. That’s how the store ended up leaving me with nothing...
And the camera cost nearly 1,000 euros—a significant amount of money.
I urge everyone not to return packages to them; they’ll just end up blaming you for the package getting stuck or failing to reach its destination...
