At first I thought the hour would feel long and awkward but my therapist has made me feel comfortable opening up. I like how she goes based on what I may need that week or continue on from last sessio... See more

Dani was very thorough, polite and professional.
I get the paperwork at the start of my session and my therapist gives me an ultimate that if the paperwork is not filled out with in the 1st 10 minutes of the session I will have to reschedule. IT needs to fix some bugs in the paperwork. It takes 4 tries to input your birthday. The check marks on the signing pop out and there is like 7 pages to sign. Talk about over kill. I do not like this process its very unprofessional. I don't know if I want to continue using the service. I need to think it over.

I was nervous going into this to say the least, but Mitchell had a calm and kind spirit that set my heart at ease!
Overall my experience was great!😊
What makes the experience of going to therapy after having my baby was the chemistry I have with my therapist, she allows me to be who I need to be in those moments of vulnerability, express every thought that I may have in that same breath. I have a lot to work on but so far, so good.

Love my therapist and the calls have had no issues since they use zoom it’s really easy and reliable. The billing is a bit confusing and the dashboard doesn’t really offer many more resources but the cost with my insurance is pretty cheap so it’s not a huge issue for me to pay the subscription fee.

Ben, my therapist is amazing! He listened to all my story and gave me very practical and peaceful advice!

I can’t afford to go to therapy anymore. I can’t get the help I need. My therapist is a great, but there’s too many sessions needed and the price is too high for every session for me to continue doing regular sessions with my therapist.

My therapist, Shayla Dabney is wonderful. She’s an awesome listener and has helped me tremendously. It’s hard to find a good therapist where it’s a good fit between the therapist and the client. I’m thankful to have a good relationship with my therapist. I appreciate Shayla’s expertise and kindness.

For the last couple months, I've learned how to not react to so many negative things. My therapist is helping me so much and I'm grateful for my sessions. It's my 1st time in therapy and I'm excited to see myself grow.

This was my tween's first experience with therapy and it was a positive and supportive one.

It cost me $200 to talk to a guy about finding a "therapist". Turns out all they have are social workers. I want a doctor or a therapist... do better. Don't use this service, go find an actual doctor on your own

I was skeptical but open to try Mood on the recommendation of my MD. These are challenging days. My provider has listened, been very thoughtful and insightful, caring and helpful in clarifying some personal and relationship dynamics that make other's actions less about motive and intent, and more about their own baggage. We all have baggage. I recommend. Convenient, personal, professional and effective. Thanks, Mood.

I was questioning how helpful the first two sessions were when the provider did not arrive for the third session. Now I've been changed to someone else. I will give it one more try.

Great therapist who takes compassion on my situation, but challenges me when needed and of course gives useful insight.

I was referred to Mood Health (MH) by my primary care provider. MH reached out to me quickly . The staff was/is very kind and answered my questions concerning insurance and appointments. The counselor was/is attentive, thorough and put me at ease instilling a confidence I did not have with my previous mental health provider.
