Great experience. They were quick with responses and accurate about everything. Love the product, makes my setup so much cleaner now and it’s versatile so I can still add on to it!

I wasn't notified that my order shipped so I didn't notice that it wasn't delivered to the correct address and I wasn't able to find/recovery my order. It took a bit of time to get a response but they are currently working on resolving my issue, because of their batch processing it's taking some additional time but based on my emails I'm confident that I will eventually receive my order and they're working to make it right.

I was really happy with the quality of the mount and arm, the packaging was immaculate, and mounting was simple.

I mounted my Elgato Wave 3 microphone and it fits perfectly.

I order a product from the website that represented in stock 2/18. 3/15 I finally received a message from Jade indicating that the item was not in stock offering to ship an alternate product. I replied within 2 hours and have not heard back or received anything. I have emailed multiple times and no reply. Went to the website and requested support and still nothing. Super unsatisfied.

Overall the design is very nice and minimalist. I love it after it was fully installed. The price is a little high in my opinion. I had trouble with some of the screws that required the allen wrench, because they would just strip out when tightening. I’d prefer those screws just be phillip heads. Also it’s hard to adjust the arms without them coming loose from the main bracket. Lastly it took over a month for it to ship and it didn’t even ship until i emailed the company about it.

Missed delivery targets. Poor communication around such. Felt like an AI blowoff when questioned and was given more dates that were missed. Given a ghost track by number one time and then a few weeks of no activity, questioned it, and got a new one. Very expensive / premium product for poor handling. Once arrived, ootb wasn’t the best fit. Need additional sized rods but am dreading more multi month timelines.

This product is well built, packaged with care, and is a must have for someone try to make their battle station more organized. Just make absolutely sure your monitor stand has the 4 screws, or it won't work for you.

After a long delay and lack of communication earlier in the year, I eventually heard back from Monoblocc after escalating my issue. They accepted responsibility for the problems with my order and have now issued a full refund.

I still think the communication and fulfilment process at the time were frustrating, but I really appreciate that the founder reached out personally, explained what went wrong, and followed through on fixing it.

It’s clear as a startup that they’re working hard to improve their operations and communications so I’m satisfied with how this was ultimately handled and wish them well as they scale up.

This is exactly what I needed to mount my webcam and also my Rode microphone above and below my monitor. All the right screws and adapters were included to fit between my Dell monitor and the monitor arm's VESA mount.
A bit pricy, but I previously looked for and could not find this anywhere else.

Fast delivery meets high quality materials. All comes well packed. Material feels premium and and works like described. The complete system feels after this update more functional and less mess!

I love my set-up! Packaging was high end. Parts are quality built and sturdy. Everything was easy to put together and made my desk set up so much cleaner and more professional!

I just installed. This is a terrific product. The quality is great and assembly is very simple. They don't make rods long enough for large monitors but any threaded M12 rod will work and attachments from smallrig will let you connect lights, etc.

Very quality product. I ordered this to make my desk a little cleaner and this helps dramatically. I was a little disappointed by the communication on shipping updates, but not enough to lower the overall experience. The packaging used for these products is almost as good as the products themselves. This was very easy to install and get immediate use out of. I have a feeling that I’ll be purchasing more rods soon.

I participated in the kickstarter. The product is well designed and the materials are top. The assembly with the monitor was easy and cleaned my desktop.
As it was a kickstarte, the shipment date was delayed, but the team always sent reports on the development.

Outstanding quality and impeccable packaging. The concept is brilliant, and the execution is flawless. Truly professional in every aspect. I highly recommend it!

The product arrived as what was promised. I have yet to install it, that requires rearranging my whole desk. But I'm excited to get it done in the new year, and already looking at picking up several more pieces to extend things.
