Fortunate Find
Sales helped us design our large closet (10' X 13') layout quickly and prossionally (13 Towers, 20 Drawers, Extensions w/ Doors, etc.). The design drawings and pictures made it easy for us to see how our finished closet would look. Our primary goal was quality construction and we were fortunate to find Modular Closets. The product is top quality and the engineering is impressive. I have ZERO complaints about the service, product construction, delivery, assembly, and our finished product. We have to convince friends and family who see our closet that this was a DIY project and that it was not professionally installed. I'll be ordering garage storage cabinets next.

Great closet remodeling options at reasonable prices. Easy to assemble with a lot of design flexibility. Items are cut to exact measurements. Follow instructions carefully to avoid having to redo something. There is a reason for the order in which the unit is assembled.

Customer Service was excellent and the product was shipped and delivered quickly.
It was priced fairly and excellent quality.
The components were well packaged and organized and the instructions clear.
As a professional contractor, it was a great experience.

Easy to assemble and mount, a lot of sizes available to maximize fit. Other RTA cabinets I have purchased had toxic, smelly outgassing - these cabinets had no odor and my air monitor stayed in the clean zone. Very satisfied with our purchase. A 5 star product if it had been plywood!

Beth, my sales associate helped me through the design phase and kept in constant contact as I made my decision. The measurements were perfect, the product was packaged perfectly and 100% of the items were shipped. The quality of the design is excellent and it just makes such a difference when things are organized.

The online planner is so easy to use but the service from Leah is what sold me over using anyone else. She was able to help me max out the use of a small-ish walk in closet. Once I ordered, the shipping was so fast. Everything was easy to assemble and install and the quality is really good. I did demo of the closet one day, assembled the items the next and was able to install them in less than half a day...on my own. My wife is so happy with having proper storage space.

Very well made and easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. Showed the units and they were impressed. The price was well worth what l paid for. I worked as a Measure Technician for a major chain and the closet system probably would have been $6000 more.

The design and pre-sales process were excellent and a couple of problems that I encountered with the product were taken care of after the sale as well. With that said I will have to only give 4 stars as the quality of the boards were not great with dozens of small chipouts I had to cover via paint marker. Furthermore providing white rafix and wedgefix connectors to pair with a dark gray finish looks horrible; even with the black stickers I had to darken the edges with a marker. It would be so much better to just make those in black! Ditto with the silver cabinet screws provided; I had to buy black ones from Lowes to blend in better. Even with those minor issues, I would definitely order a closet system from them again.

Modular closets is very easy to work with and the product is very high quality. Design staff is helpful and allowed us the time to learn and make adjustments to our design. They are PATIENT! We asked to hold our shipment for a later delivery - no problem, when the time came out shipped as promised and arrived when expected. We choose 22" deep and instructions received were for the 14" shelves -a quick call and they were emailed immediately. Instructions are very clear, installation easy, everything went together smoothly! I highly recommend having 2 people for ease of install. Slide out drawers are not 22" deep, I hope they will eventually offer that. GREAT QUALITY!! Our pantry has now been installed about 2 months and we love it.

We were told on our call it would take 6-8 hours to set up. We got our pallet delivered and half of the boxes and items were unlabeled. We had to build and rebuild pieces 3+ times because we were blindly guessing while attempting to follow the very non user friendly guide. The project ended up taking 20+ hours due to labeling errors and the misleading idea that this was a quick and basic project. Although Clara from customer support was very kind and tried to help us to the best of her ability, the company would not fulfill a more than fair request for reasonable compensation for their errors and misleading information and selling. Pay the extra money and have a company install a custom closet. It'll be worth your sanity.

Great design. Big time installation...like took us weeks. But it's done, it's secure and we love it!

This company is so proactive and has a great product! I started my design online and stopped. I got an email from a real person! A designer finished my design with their suggestions. We went back and forth with a few changes, then a video call to finalize the design. She was fantastic!! The pieces arrived nicely packaged and clearly labeled. The design package has several views of the closet, and each section labeled with a tower number. Then a list of exactly the parts needed for each tower. After putting one together we realized the part numbers made it clear what parts were needed. We spent about 9 hours putting 12 towers together for a 14’ x6’ closet. It was simpler than most things I’ve put together! It fit perfectly and is gorgeous.
