Nice product once it is finished
Nice product once it is finished. I never recieved the assembly instructions for the pieces asociated with my unit. Just a couple of modifications were needed to make it work correctly. One of the twist locks for the droors were broken and there was not a spare. Product support is non-existent. I was not able to find one at my local hardware store either so I had to fabricate something to hold the droor together, problem solved!
It would be nice if there was a way to actually be able to contact someone for product support.

Impressed from start to finish
I have been thrilled with the whole process and the product. Your designer was excellent, the ordering process was super fast and easy, your prices are very reasonable for the quality of the product. And the installation was pretty great, even though we are not experts. I love the look of my first closet and will be back for more.

Great product and easy to figure out…
Great product and easy to figure out and install. The only issues is the larger cabinets are 31.5 inches wide and studs are set every 16 inches so mounting can get tricky potentially

Our designer Bella turned my original design into great design after listening to my wife’s interest. I have now finished with the installation and it looks great, and my wife loves it!

Gorgeous closets and easy to assemble.
Delivery was very fast. I had one small issue with a damaged item and it was shipped in record time. The closets are gorgeous!

Second Positive Experience with Modular Closets
This is the second closet in my home I have renovated with cabinets from Modular Closets. The company has an excellent on-line design tool, with fast shipping and receipt of the products I ordered. Assembly of the cabinets was straightforward, given clear assembly instructions/illustrations and user-friendly designed components. I did not need any help from Customer Service this time, but when I did on the previous closet renovated, service was provided efficiently and without hesitation. A plus is the cabinets are designed and manufactured in the U.S., which most likely helps yield the clear instructions and illustrations and quality end-results.

Great experience with Modular Closets
Great experience with Modular Closets, was able to place the order on hold as we were getting the space ready and shipped quick when I advised we were ready. Some of the boxes were damaged in transit - I believe this was due to the delivery service trying to deliver on the wrong day and having to unload/reload the pallet. Items were packaged so well that I only needed one item to be replaced and it was quickly shipped. Customer service was always prompt with replies. Mudroom cubbies look amazing, so worth it!

Sales helped us design our large closet (10' X 13') layout quickly and prossionally (13 Towers, 20 Drawers, Extensions w/ Doors, etc.). The design drawings and pictures made it easy for us to see how our finished closet would look. Our primary goal was quality construction and we were fortunate to find Modular Closets. The product is top quality and the engineering is impressive. I have ZERO complaints about the service, product construction, delivery, assembly, and our finished product. We have to convince friends and family who see our closet that this was a DIY project and that it was not professionally installed. I'll be ordering garage storage cabinets next.
