I have 4 pairs of these now. Two for smart casual wear and two for work, as they wash as good as they feel. Hands down the best chinos I’ve ever owned. And their customer service is also fab! Thanks Lynsi!

The shorts as always are great …….been wearing them for a few years and Mish Mash are the suppliers of choice for me. However, what made this a five star review was Lynsi in your client service department who overcame Royal Mail’s continued shortcomings and went the “extra mile” - great customer service and turned what was an extremely irritated customer into an advocate of your company. 10/10 Lynsi - your boss should give you a very well deserved reward.

Item confirmed as dispatched 7th April, and to this point 9th April the item has still not even left the warehouse or been handed to Royal Mail, still only in a pre advice state. very poor service as wanted the item for the weekend.

Hi Nick,
we do ask you allow 3-5 working days for delivery unless choosing the express option.
There does also seem to of been a small delay with royal mail as we did send the parcel 48hour express due to the bank holidays that took place after your order.
I can however see your tracking states out for delivery today, the order is only marked dispatched upon leaving our warehouse so rest assured this did leave us on 7/4/26, If you would like to email directly - clientservice@mishmashjeans.com I would be more than happy to help if any issues do arise before delivery or supply you with the tracking number, however, this does say you should receive today.

Disappointed this time Usually good .
I’ve had a few pairs of the chinos but this time 1 belt loop is actually missing £67 wasted as I’ve worn them for work for a day before I noticed
So I can’t send them back 😔
